This actually worked with me and I used a pristine Royal Claymore with durability up +, and it was fused with a marbled Gohma leg and I did this with the master sword and it not only transferred the buff it also duplicated the fuse onto the master sword so this can be another weapon, bow, and shield dupe.
Outskirt Stable has a thick stick next to the musicians, for the taking.
A couple things I noticed.
1- You actually don't need to manually save and reload. After the effect has transferred (when you would normally manually save) you unequip the master sword and then watch another memory. You can exit the menu now and it will force a blood moon and auto save.
2- it is possible to do different effects on the master sword (some are saying you can only do it once) but I have found a way to erase the effect. What I did is I did the process with a spear instead of a two handed weapon. The spear had no effect buff and transitioned that to the master sword. I also did this with going straight from an attack up buff already on the Master Sword to a Durability Up on the Master Sword (Durability Up was on the spear). Some things for you all to try.
i did everything right but the weapon switching does not work for me it does it backwards for me

First of all, awesome! Upgraded my master sword! Secondly, as I attempted to move 5-shot modifier to another bow using this method, a blood moon was forced (middle of day) and it clipped me through the bottom. Not what I was going for but I’m going to try to recreate it.
And I recreated it. Seems to happen when I try to move the 5 shot modifier to another bow.
The blood moon is forcing rather than soft locking (1.2.1) as I’ve exited the menu too early. So this is a really easy way to force a blood moon! Went back and followed your directions and the modifier was moved successfully!

So I tried to teleport to see what happens after saving, for curiousty.
The map said "Please Wait" and there was a loading logo above it. There was also a teleporting sound.
It softlocked, but still neat

Just an fyi is you transfer the 5 shot affix to other bows such as the Royal Guard's bow it causes it to have a very wonky shot trajectory compared to what it is like on the lynel variants.

@gameislifer so I don't know if it's just me, but when I have my climbing gear armor on (that's dyed white) the glitches seem to work better for me. Single hand or double it all works. Even the Hateno well glitches seem alittle smoother.. haven't tried the others yet, this might be useful...idk

Can you transfer modifiers to from one type of weapon(shields/bows/melee) to another?
So here's an example of an experiment I did for durability everything new: 60 Demon King bow, transfered +10 attack from A Guredo bow. 70 Demon King bow, however, no longer shines as being unused...durability loss. Same experiment with a 3 shot +10 Savage Lynel bow. 42 Savage Lynel bow. Worked perfect! 70 Demon King bow also prestine shines unused plus +10 attack up Why?? Cause my 3 shot 42 Lynel bow is stronger than my 60 Demon King bow to begin with. The only way I could make a prestine transfer work. For the +10 attack up. Hope this helps
I just realized that when you do this glitch to one of the legendary weapons such as Scimitar of the Seven, even when the weapon is new and has the glint star showing full durability, it will take it away and show that it has been "used"
Amazing ! I did it with a rock breaker + silver lynel horn as base and +10 attack enchantment and it works ! My Master Sword take from it both enchantment and the item fusion !!!! So a + 10 and + 51 on it !!! 😮😍
Does it keep the silver lynel horn after the master sword breaks?
@@_Chef_Jeff_ no. It keeps only the +10 bonus. So you can fuse other material to it.
For what it’s worth, I tried it with a single handed zonai sword with +10 attack and it transferred to the master sword. Trying with other weapons. But it worked so far!
Used this glitch with a royal guards claymore, put a silver lynel saber horn on and make it badly damaged, this way you can mount lynels and destroy them on a whole other level
Seems very useful. If the Master Sword “runs out of energy” does it lose the stat boost or will it keep it after reviving?

Just to confirm, this would allow the master sword to last longer than 30 hits? Like it increases its duration before recharge right?
One thing I learned...make sure you pick what you really want the first time for your master sword...not possible to do it more than once...I put critical hit on mine, and now I cannot change it.
That's when auto saves do come in handy... saved me more than once experimenting with glitches

nooo wayyy that soo cool dude! 💖💖😁😁. I try that but some reason i seen a other video where you have to press X after you watch a mernory then smash A i thought i ask and see if that right or you just press skip then only hit the A button?
You don't have to press the X button "AFTER" you watch a memory. You can only press the X button if the memory is still playing so that the "SKIP" option will appear at the bottom right side of your screen, allowing you to skip the memory by pressing the Plus button. I hope this helps you

Does it transfer durabilty too? What about ability effects, such as the royal guard's swords? Would it transfer any fused items?
Same question for me. If it's the case, a royal alberd could be the best choice for durability tranfer.
I did it, and for my case, it actually transfers the durability of the weapon. For instance, a royal halberd that has 50 durability, that durability is transferred to the weapon you want and wala, you have a 50-gerudo spear or 50-gloom sword, same can be said has any weapon fusion.
what about durability up would it not better for total damage wise you can deal before weapon breaks and if master sword sleeps does it lose it?
Durability up doesn't work on the master sword. When it breaks and recharges, it'll only recharge to 40 durability.
Hey ppl I did it on my first time and i´t did work, but now I want to do it again but the stat dosnt want to go to the weapon can someone help? And I also use the stick with 15 Dmg.
Will this cause any downsides like any permanent loss of max durability for the Master Sword or anything like that by using that stick to transfer things with?
I've been able to transfer stats from any weapon. However, it must be in the same category. So if you're worried about that, use something else. Make sure to put down a hard save before experimenting.
Question: you mentioned that you can permanently upgrade legendary weapons like the scimitar of the seven, but if that were to break, and I get another one, will the glitched modifier carry over to my new scimitar like the master sword or do I have to do the glitch again for the new scimitar? Just asking!
😂 yea, it's been broken, so you have to redo it again. However, make a dupe of it a few times while it's new to get around this.

I have no idea what I did wrong but somehow I put the fuses item form the master sword onto the heavy weapon which was unfused

No, I've tried putting 5 shot modifiers on my shield. It doesn't work. Said that for likes.🙄🙄 It has to be the same category...
What stats get transferred using this glitch, is it just the modifier or does it include durability and damage?
So, the modifier for sure 10 + damage and any fused material. ( another method for duping weapons/ items) The higher durability, the better, its belived durability does transfer. The attack of the weapon itself, no.
Do you still have the downside of other wst (the durability of the target become the same as the donor)?

wen you equip the master sword, if you equip another weapon and than de ms a durability transfer glitch will heapen and it will be restored (i think you can even upgrade it )

Fun fact about this glitch it will just put the fused item to the donor weapon and it I'll just make the durability to max durability instead of the master sword

I did this the master sword but only fused item went on it and no upgrade even though I used a two handed weapon. Does any one know why?
Unfortunately it didn't work for me I didn't everything but the big stick iddint stay the big stick in the menu instead it actually changed to the master sword.
Question does the upgrade go from the total stats of the sword of the upgrade on the sword only
OK, so besides the 10+ attack, does anything else transfer. A lot of people think durability does..as for the rest, idk probably not..
Ohh if you have something fused that does transfer over, so in effect, you are duping..
Some other attributes are copied from the donor as well, I managed to get 1 durability weapons doing this.

I added a attack up to my master sword and it worked but the weapon I used to get the “enchantment” was fused to something and the master sword is now fused with that item I wonder if it is permanent or I can add anything else on top of it I’m worried to try
Just make a hard save, then experiment to your heart's content. You'll be just fine. 😂

Nintendo can be very frustrating. They add all these new really cool features that's a lot of fun to use and see how creative we can get. But man, why make it such a chore and such a grind to get the Zonai parts that we need?
At least give us the option for unlimited Zonai Devices after we beat the game including the 4 "dungeons" before Ganon. I think that's fair
This glitch seems to work well with bows, but that's as far as i have been able to get with it. I've tried countless times to transfer the attack +10 from the Thick Stick to the Master Sword, but to no avail. After coming out of the memory the first time, teleporting to the shrine and walking to the edge and doing the mash a button thing, I try to equip the MS from the Thick Stick, and the game loads, and shows link holding the MS. I've even tried playing around with equipping different weapons before swapping to the MS and watching the memory the second time, but nothing works. Please help. I don't know what is wrong. Like I said before, the bow method worked on the first try, no problems. I don't know what is wrong with the weapon method.

I don't think so. If I remember correctly, 1.0.0 works on, but I'm not sure about other software's.. also a different kind of glitch for that.
Question for the weapon: if the game updates does your weapon lose the state? Ex. Attack Up+

@TheIron_Clad well if it's just to fix glitches, I just don't see that happening.. so many to fix, time-consuming, money wise. What a dlc, or add something new, be nice, but very unlikely. Just my opinion, tho

This doesn't work with shields though. If I have a +10 Defense shield it wont let me transfer it to another shield. Can someone help me with that?
If you haven't got it already, it works with shields. Transfer my shield guard 10 no problem.
Make sure you're mashing A and not B when you are done watching the memory. I've done that more than a few times, not realizing it.. if you haven't already got this😊

It depends on which bow, most multishot bows have a more reasonable spread, whereas single shot bows get the crazy fan. It's the same as wmc in botw. So if you use the geb or a lynel bow you'll get a good spread. But a royal guards bow is still fun as a 5 shot :)

Wait…! 5 shot master sword lasers?
Doesn't seem to work on the Scimitar of the Seven. When you select that weapon, it becomes the "host", so other weapons will get it's buff (which is 0) instead of the original weapon you had selected.
What is interesting though, is that, if the host weapon has something attached which can be in your inventory, it will be duplicated aswell. E.g. if you want a second Sword of the Hero or a Fierce Diety Sword, just attach it to another weapon and select that weapon at the beginning. The target weapon will get the same attachment. Also works with shields. Never tried attaching another bow to something, but have no reason to doubt that will work, too. What won't work, is trying to duplicate stuff which can't be in your inventory (e.g. metal balls, Talus stones etc.)
Also haven't been able to use the duplication when the target weapon is Ganon's demon sword.
I was just coming back to say I can’t get it to work with the Scimitar of the Seven either. Though since it appears to transfer durability too idk that the extra 10 points is worth it for the scimitar…
I just did the scimitar of the seven and added the attack up +10 with no problems I think you might be missing the step of the long load screen then saving and reloading the save don’t give up yall got this
@@nytowl3166 Well, along the path of "upgrading", I noticed that sometimes it's not the first weapon which properties are copied, but the second. Haven't tried this yet with the scimitar, but I will. It's annoying when bugs don't work consistently :P

I've noticed the same thing that happened to your schimitar of the seven, has been repeatedly happening to my master sword. When swapping from my attack +10 Thick Stick to the master sword, the game takes a sec to load, but just shows link holding the master sword. I've even tried messing around with swapping to other weapons before the MS, but nothing is working. I transferred the 5x stat from a Savage Lynel bow to a base construct bow, first try without any difficulty. I cannot, for the life of me, get any weapon transfers, though. Any tips?
HEY GUYS I THINK I DISCOVERED A GLITCH USING THIS GLITCH, first transfer the 5 shot boost onto a yiga bow (has to be yiga bow) then shoot a zonai bomb off of it this will make an arrow hover in place, not sure what its uses are though.
If you walk into the arrow, does it keep its damage hitbox?

It appears the item gaining the buff will also incur a durabiliy loss. Glitch works great for all weapons/shields but every time there’s a durability loss

PLS notice this glitch not only transfers upgrades between weapons, but also ALL THE STATS, including the durability and the fused item... As a consequence, for example, the scimitar of the seven would be drastically reduced in durability from 60 to whatever weapon you use for the glitch. If you want to upgrade the Scimitar of the Seven you better use a Giant Boomerang ✨ or Royal Claymore ✨ since they have a durability of 40 (unless you can apply upgrades on Biggoron Sword (60) and Dusk Claymore (50))...
The Master Sword, however, resets its durability and cancels the fused item every time it runs out of energy, so you can apply the glitch on it and it would still have durability 40.
I haven't tested bows yet
same, I tested it myself with the lightscale trident and a stick and it broke in 3 hits, gotta fix my other weapons now 😅

I did some tests. The Giant Boomerang ✨️with a Silver Lynel Saber Horn transfer to the Scimitar 7 was able to get 65 hits on the ground before it broke. Best I could do so far..😂
The shines gone, like it having never been used, tho..

@thegamingacetrainer I have the climbing gear dyed white not sure if that makes a difference but the pic seem clearer, and it did take me a couple of tries to get it to work, for the transfer part, to get it to change hands. If that doesn't happen, then you have to start over. I think because of how long it is why it's difficult for it to work..or it to animate over..idk🤔🤔
