Those folding Jack stands are truly the stuff of nightmares. I never used to worry wrenching under my car, but even though my Jack stands are awesome, after I’ve seen those all I can picture is being pancaked at any moment.

Hello, Project Farm! You never disappoint with your thorough review tests of literally anything. Love them and I always refer to your videos when looking for things to buy. Could you consider making a video on dutch ovens, non-stick pans, mixers, ice cream makers, or kitchen appliances?
Considering what was being attempted, and the amount of force it actually took, I don't consider it significant. On the other hand, if you take a look at the results that are shown, I didn't expect the Kobalt to be as good as it was.
Wow, still working on Christmas Eve! Todd never stops working to bring everyone great content. Thanks for all your hard work and effort throughout the year! Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
The amount of value this channel provides to the consumer is astronomical. Thank you so much for all the effort you put in to helping us make educated choices.
I bought Milwaukee knock-off M18 batteries, not the brand tested but probably from the same factory. To call them junk would be a compliment. When I complained in a review on Amazon they offered to send me replacements and I told them not bother, I didn’t want more trash.
I screenshot all your results and put them in a folder so I have them while I’m shopping and I constantly check it. 😅 it gets me into arguments way to often but thank you for all the work you do for us!!
Cheap things are cheap, usually we are planning for that. But these jack stands are at another level you risk you life with them they should be removed from the market !!! Hey Todd Merry Xmas, I hope Santa bring you few GOOD thinks for you to use :)
With the new year starting, I’d love to see a series of videos to see which tool brand provides the best overall lineup of cordless tools based on range of compatible tools, battery quality, and then comparing the tools they all have in common. Your channel is the gold standard for quality reviews and buying into a battery system is a huge decision and I feel like this is something you’ve danced around but haven’t hit directly (unless I’ve missed it)
@@ZboeC5in my experience with both Milwaukee and DeWalt, I couldn't tell you which brand has the better overall lineup but they're incredibly close I know Milwaukee has the better framing nailer and I'd say DeWalt has the better variety, it really depends on what you need your tools to do.

Can you test the best paint stripper? Both chemical and also abrasive wheels and wire wheels. The chemical ones haven’t been good since they all had to remove methylene chloride from the formula.
@@ProjectFarm If you wind up doing this, think about the amount of dust a wire wheel kicks up. One of the issues with pain removal and physical abrasion is obviously lead paint. Lead isn't a great thing to be breathing, and it's not always easy to know if somewhere below all those layers of paint lurks lead. There's also just IR heaters, which are possibly the least messy/unhealthy, but also the most expensive.
I would be very excited to see a video on surge protectors for job sites, home electronics. Possible battery backup/surge protectors as well. How they hold up to voltage fluctuations. Safety tests for fire. I watch all of your videos! Very thorough testing and lots of information. Keep them coming!!
I’d love to see you test out the Canadian tire brand tools like Mastercraft and Stanley. They are mostly what you see where i’m from because they are relatively cheap and easily accessible
Doing a quick internet search, Mastercraft seems to be whomever the low bidder is in China. Also, it's not as if whomever turns it out can't turn it out better. One thing with Chinese stuff. Don't blame the Chinese. Blame the company buying the stuff to sell. China is capable of turning out any quality you want. How much you want to pay? This is a GFE. Girl Friend Experience. You pay a certain amount of money, you get a certain amount of "Attention". There's a good chance that an item on the shelves today and the same item on the shelves 2 years from now, might be made by someone else, because the new outfit will make it cheaper.
I greatly appreciate the accurate and effective way you test all your tools and devices. It has made it very easy for me to buy my Convict brother in laws christmas presents. What was that ten worst list again? LOL
Thanks for your reviews! Project Farm is one of the best RUclips channels I've ever seen. It's way better than any Consumer Report I've seen or read. You are a CHAMP!
I would love to see shoe or boot cleaning deodorizer type products tested, it might end up a little subjective but it would be a valuable test, I have not found a good product and I have tried a few different ones. I think the only one that works was a helmet deodorizer from Motorex, but it is expensive.
Great video. It's scary how dangerous some of those bad products can be. Brave of you to test that device in your truck - I'd be afraid it would leak and blow up.
It might be argued that Project Farm should be checked BEFORE any purchase of a tool. This is a tremendously valuable service! I hope you make a lot of money and keep doing what you are doing. Also, there you help us with subtle issues. It isn't just which tool seems best and which seem worse, it is also about what tools do well for particular kinds of uses. You save us all from a lot of headaches! Kudos!
Great work testing all these tools! 4:06 the test was unfair to that admittedly shoddy jack with the central post because it needs 5 points of support, with most of the weight taken by the central post, which was unsupported here
Winter freeze is coming and I worry about frozen pipes. I love the real life testing methods and the no B S., no fluff descriptions. Some of the testing processes are no less than absolutely brilliant. What a great way to harness the power of RUclips in a very beneficial way.
Thanks so much!
I've gotta say, the guy's passion and dedication really shine through in every video. What sets him apart is his meticulous attention to detail, you can tell he's not just doing this for the views, but because he genuinely cares about the content he's putting out.
One thing I really appreciate is his humble approach. There's no unnecessary bragging or showing off, just a down-to-earth guy sharing his knowledge and experiences to weed out the crap brands/products and save us all a fortune. It's refreshing to see someone in the RUclips space who's more focused on the content itself rather than building an inflated ego.
Keep up the great work, Project Farm! Your authenticity and commitment are what make your channel so successful. Looking forward to more awesome content in the future! MERRY XMAS
Thank you! Same to you!
Those folding Jack stands are truly the stuff of nightmares. I never used to worry wrenching under my car, but even though my Jack stands are awesome, after I’ve seen those all I can picture is being pancaked at any moment.
My neighbor (a woman) got crushed under a car after a jack-stand collapse. She was in intensive care for awhile and then two weeks in the hospital. She's good now but I don't believe that she will ever trust her life to jack-stands again.
Todd. I remember when I subscribed at 25,000 subscribers. You've come such a long way and made so many awesome videos. Keep up the fantastic work and never compromise quality
Thanks!
Your keen sense of humor is only exceeded by your brilliant testing methods. You have influenced many of my purchases over the years and they've stood the test of time. Merry Christmas to you and yours, Todd, and thank you for what you do, so honestly.
My pleasure, thank you. Merry Christmas!
I remember the power tool battery tests. SUCH GREAT INFORMATION FROM YOUR CHANNEL! It’s the first place I go before I make a purchase. True story.
Thank you!
@@ProjectFarm seeing the years old M18 battery stomp the competition helped me decide to buy into M12 products, thanks and merry christmas
I just found your channel, and I LOVE THIS. It's like actual experiments, no bs, no bias, shows your work. You sir have a new subscriber!
Thanks for watching and subscribing!
@ProjectFarm dude, the amount of work and money you put into the video more than earned it.
I truly enjoy watching these videos. As an engineer, I appreciate the test rigs and test methodology used. Great stuff! Looking forward to more awesome videos!
Thanks and yo are welcome!
Hello, Project Farm! You never disappoint with your thorough review tests of literally anything. Love them and I always refer to your videos when looking for things to buy. Could you consider making a video on dutch ovens, non-stick pans, mixers, ice cream makers, or kitchen appliances?
Thanks for the suggestion.
I love "Bottom 10" lists :D Very surprising about the IRWIN side cutters breaking.
Thank you!!
Thanks and you are welcome! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
It's not just what you put into this Todd, it's who you are also! You are a contribution to all of us, Thank You!
You are welcome!
"The only thing the
performance tools ratchet will loosen is money from your wallet"😂 Love the humor. "Very impressive"
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing.
I screenshot all your results and put them in a folder so I have them while I’m shopping and I constantly check it. 😅 it gets me into arguments way to often but thank you for all the work you do for us!!
You are welcome!
Cheap things are cheap, usually we are planning for that. But these jack stands are at another level you risk you life with them they should be removed from the market !!! Hey Todd Merry Xmas, I hope Santa bring you few GOOD thinks for you to use :)
Thanks! Merry Christmas!
The way you design both the actual test procedures and the specialized tools required to make the comparisons are amazing. You are a genius.
Thanks! Thanks for watching!
It’s Christmas here in NZ so Merry Christmas PF! Thanks for all the hard work and effort you put into your videos!
Thanks! Merry Christmas!
With the new year starting, I’d love to see a series of videos to see which tool brand provides the best overall lineup of cordless tools based on range of compatible tools, battery quality, and then comparing the tools they all have in common. Your channel is the gold standard for quality reviews and buying into a battery system is a huge decision and I feel like this is something you’ve danced around but haven’t hit directly (unless I’ve missed it)
Thanks for the suggestion.
Milwaukee is probably number 1 and then DeWalt.
@@joedirtpig814 Let me put it this way, working on a car? Milwaukee...building a house? DeWalt. There ya go.
@@ZboeC5 I can follow that logic
Your videos are densely packed with real life information and absolutely no filler or fluff. Excellent content.
Thanks!
Would you ever consider doing a showdown of OEM manufacturers oil? Like Ford vs Mopar vs Honda, etc. Thanks for the great content !
Great suggestion! I'll see what I can do!
love the dancing stand. happy holidays and new year to you project farm!! Thanks for the fun videos, even when I'm not in the market for the tool i love to watch your vids, biggest losers is a great video!
Merry Christmas!
You're helping out SOO SOO many people with this channel, including myself! Keep up the good work. Have a great holiday season and a happy new year! Godspeed Project Farm!
Thanks, will do! Happy holidays!
I was just about to suggest this 😯
Will you be giving us a blooper reel as a Christmas bonus 🤞
Merry Christmas to everyone
Merry Christmas!
Absolutely amazing channel. One thing to note is that we don't only find out which tools perform well or poorly, but also HOW they should perform in the first place!
Merry Christmas Todd, and a Happy New Year!
Thanks! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Haven’t been on YT in a while, but always loved PF.. lots of catching up to do! Love the videos!
Welcome back! Thanks so much!
How ironic-seeing some of the worst products available on one of *the best* channels available. 🤔
*Thanks for an amazing 2023* Todd-and for all the time/effort you put into each video.
Wishing you and your family a great CHRISTmas and a Happy New Year.
Applauded! No Happy Holidays as Jews, devotees of Islam, Hindus, etc. should rejoice in this celebration of Christian Faith. This holiday is devoted to a guy who changed the World for the better 2023 years, 11 months and 25 days ago; tomorrow...

Thanks and you are welcome! Merry Christmas!
I would love a personal shop tour after all these tests
Thanks for the suggestion.
Thanks once again for another terrific. I really enjoy your thoroughness, comprehensive explanations, and consistent format. Your comparisons and testing is very well thought out and very helpful. I know you are always looking for new ideas. How about testing out some telescoping ladders? Thanks
You are welcome! Thanks for the suggestion .
Can you test the best paint stripper? Both chemical and also abrasive wheels and wire wheels. The chemical ones haven’t been good since they all had to remove methylene chloride from the formula.
Thank you for the video idea!
Merry Christmas to you and yours, Todd and everyone else.
Thank you and I wish you and everyone else a Merry Christmas!
I would be very excited to see a video on surge protectors for job sites, home electronics. Possible battery backup/surge protectors as well. How they hold up to voltage fluctuations. Safety tests for fire. I watch all of your videos! Very thorough testing and lots of information. Keep them coming!!
Thanks, will do! Thanks for the video idea.
I’d love to see you test out the Canadian tire brand tools like Mastercraft and Stanley. They are mostly what you see where i’m from because they are relatively cheap and easily accessible
Thanks for the suggestion.
@@dlewis9760 I figured, honestly just wanted to see how it held up compared to other known brands because it’s literally everywhere here
I greatly appreciate the accurate and effective way you test all your tools and devices. It has made it very easy for me to buy my Convict brother in laws christmas presents. What was that ten worst list again? LOL
I Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas together! Thank you for all that you do for us!
You are welcome! We had a nice Christmas together.
Happy holidays everyone!!!!!
Happy Holidays!!
Another awesome video! Even tho i have seen all of these having a recap is great. Thank you for the work you do and merry Christmas buddy!
Thank you and Merry Christmas!
1:58 I keep hearing light bulbs not light bolts so I was really confused with what I was seeing for a few seconds😂
*lag bolts
Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thanks for the great reviews this year. Maybe next year we can test portable band saws? Cordless vs corded?
Thanks and you are welcome! Thanks for the suggestion. Merry Christmas!
"Top 10 tools to buy for your annoying co-worker"
Thanks for your reviews! Project Farm is one of the best RUclips channels I've ever seen. It's way better than any Consumer Report I've seen or read. You are a CHAMP!
Thanks!
I would love to see shoe or boot cleaning deodorizer type products tested, it might end up a little subjective but it would be a valuable test, I have not found a good product and I have tried a few different ones. I think the only one that works was a helmet deodorizer from Motorex, but it is expensive.
Thank you for the video idea!
Please test kitchen hand mixers! I know it’s outside of your usual fare, but I’ve tried tons of them over the years and they all stink!
Thank you for the video idea!
☕ Maybe coffee makers too! Hard to find one with just a simple on/off switch and nothing more! 😎✌️
@@gus473. Dollar general. $20
@@gus473 Just use plunger coffee? Simple and 100% reliable.
Great video. It's scary how dangerous some of those bad products can be. Brave of you to test that device in your truck - I'd be afraid it would leak and blow up.
Thanks!
Once you accept the "Gifts" you've pretty much Sold Your Soul
Todd has remained proudly independent. No gifts, sponsor, advertising, or money.
Kudos!
Thanks! Glad to hear!
Great work testing all these tools! 4:06 the test was unfair to that admittedly shoddy jack with the central post because it needs 5 points of support, with most of the weight taken by the central post, which was unsupported here
Winter freeze is coming and I worry about frozen pipes. Love to see a tests with differing fixes like sharkbite/pushfit (name brand vs off brand), compression fittings with rubber seals vs metal brass, solder for copper, screw in coupellers. Mainly like to see how these things hold up to freezing under pressure.
Stay awesome fam!
Thanks for the suggestion. Thanks, will do!
I took a break to watch this and I'd say you nailed it. It's great to see you cut through the chaff and clamp down on bad products! But, your regular viewers know the drill.
Thanks!
just goes to show how your channel really does help the consumer. In a world of ADs and lies about products the Farm is always my first stop when seeing who gets my hard-earned money. Thank you for what you do sir!
You are welcome!
I have just discovered your channel and it pushed me to get RUclips Premium because I had to watch these with minimal interruption; they're very high quality and I appreciate the scientific approach. One household product category to test would be home dehumidifiers.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Great video! I will be avoiding anything made by performance tools! Crazy that one brand showed up on the list so much! Keep up the great work!
Thanks, will do! Thanks for the feedback.
A world without your content would lack one of the most valuable resources for all toolheads out there! I am not kidding. Thank you, keep up the awesome work and all the best to you sir!
Thanks, will do!
My friend you are doing a great public service. I thank you. Merry Christmas.
Thanks! Merry Christmas!
Love the channel and great to see a recap of all of this years fun failures! Maybe since it’s cold you can review hand warmers sometime! Lots of battery powered now and occoopa seems to be lighting up forums with “positive” reviews. Love to see how they compare to hot hands and fluid powered ones.
Thanks for the suggestiion.
I could repeat what everyone else said about your vids , I totally agree with them. You are amazing , and I TRUST YOU . I cannot say more, you are such a nice person. Thank you , honestly
Thanks so much!
I keep a list in my phone all all the best / runner ups of every test when I need to go buy something. Thanks for all the work

Ngl, this is by far one of the best channels on youtube. Dude's got a video comparing trash bags and guaranteed I'm gonna watch it from start to finish lol
Thanks!
I have yet to see a reasonable negative comment about this channel. Great job, Todd!
A suggestion for a test is to test the accuracy and durability of tire pressure gauges. I own several, from expensive to cheap, and they all read different! I work on aircraft, and need to have some confidence in tire pressures. Thanks!
Thanks! Thanks for the suggestion.
That C-clamp torque jig was one of the sketchiest things I've seen you employ xD
A socket, welded to a socket, welded to a socket, welded to a socket, with the torque measurement tool installed, welded to a socket. Very impressive!
I love your channel! You and "How to" channels are the true heroes of RUclips!! Thank you for everything you do!!
Thanks and you are welcome!
The only channel on the web that continuously looks out for the little guy! Great job as usual!!!
Thanks!
Todd, I feel compelled to tell you. I had just had an experience where I needed some good wood glue, So I looked up your video on wood glue and took your recommendations very seriously. Thanks for your hard work

Ive seen other comments like this but. Youre are the most reliable channel with the least amount of bias. Even if i dont need any ot the product i always find the info you give worth watching every video! Keep up with what you do!
Thanks, will do!
I wonder how long it takes actual quality brands to refer to this channel actively. No better advertisement than a fair and unbiased competition.
Project Farm has some of the best non biased reviews I've ever seen. Thank you for such great videos. Has cousin Eddy ever used Doc's Diesel filters on anything? There seems to be some controversy on their quality. Thanks in advance.
Kudos to Project Farm for another excellent, informative, and interesting year. It’s amazing to see the level of effort and detail - like using washers when driving lag bolts to test a battery. This man seems incapable of doing anything halfway.
Thanks so much!
Great "reader's digest" version of Project Farm videos! What I need is a DVD with ALL the videos and a way to index to any video by subject. It's quite a job on YT to scroll through all the videos to see if a desired product has been tested.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Ugh. Have to get rid of my UltraFire CR123R batteries now. Thanks for the video, bud. :)
