I was recently diagnosed and it was a surprise becasue i always thought of it like war veterans and i didnt know what emotional flashbacks were and i still kinda feel like embarrassed to tell anyone in case they dont believe me because i guess i just dont really know exactly what it is and i think i have some misconceptions.
