Steve was a fantastic character. Most of the others were clearly defined characters, but Steve was the wildcard. One minute lovey dovey with Marcy, next minute Al's pal. He could be used by the writers in so many different ways.
Like when Al demanded he come to Al's house, to just observe his fridge getting repaired. Now, I'm a bit shy, and helpful, so I could not observe, I would feel to help with the repair/hold the light.
My mother gave her strict instructions how to take care of me when we were married. Still by the end of the week guess who was washing his own hair. Lolll
Not really. I know this is just comedy, but even real relationships cannot be ruined by outside influence. If they are, then the relationship was bound to end sooner or later. Talking from experience.
I think one of the best Steve episodes, is when Al, and Steve cook up an "impotence", scheme, when Marcy drives Steve's car, and gets into an accident. Equal to, or a very close second, is when Steve grows a beard, and won't shave.
Do😮 you know about narcissism? I believe all diseases start from narcissist abuse. Something's got to be done about that sooner or later. Thanks for doing all your doing.
He was a better character than Jefferson. A great straight man to Al. Also, Marcie was more feminine in behavior and appearance during the Steve years. It made for a better dynamic.
sort a not fair ? cuz writing and scripts were just super awesome first few seasons although dont get me wrong there was some fantastic jefferson eps too but i pick steve by a nose over dr footwear and jeffferson
@@bryansansone3301Marcy was dominating and possessive, but she knew how to be a wife. Peggy couldn't be a wife, just a burden. If course neither of them is a good wife, but if I had to pick one, it'd be Marcy.
"Come on honey, after all I was a guy before I met you". Perfection 😂 Steve is the best character!

Hi Lou
Belated happy birthday to David Garrison!
His adventures with Al were hilarious!
Still one of the best parodies in existence, no appropriations or sterilization, only pure, unapologetic and fun parody.
My mother gave her strict instructions how to take care of me when we were married. Still by the end of the week guess who was washing his own hair. Lolll
Its not really a parody. Its real life.
One of the best shows ever
Actor David Garrison is very talented, I wish he could’ve stayed on MWC franchise.
5. Love both him and Jefferson!
1:36 'Oh come on, honey,. I used to be a guy before I met you!' XD
The story of every taken or married man!
I love Steve. He and Al definitely had a frenemy thing going. I like how they seemed more like equals. But Jefferson was great during his era too.
Yeah one of the few cases where the replacement actor was great too. Love them both.
Why am I coming across this show NOW??? I saw a few highlights, and am now watching each and every ep[isode...
Never too late for the greatest sitcom ever! Enjoy.
The first couple of years it was an adult comedy and Steve was perfect for the show.
bonghits with the bundys!!
Al: "Tiffany, Steve. Steve, uh, view."
😹🤘!
" a hebala do " " real cool steve "

Same here.
And hey... "Hooter alert!" 😹👍
Steve and Marcy might had lasted forever if they never moved next to the Bundys lmfao 🤣
Nah, Marcy was turning him into who she wanted him to be. At some point he would left her

4:00 masterful reverse gaslight lmao
"Already looks like you've been sued by life." (Classic! 😂)
I've been waiting for this my whole life!! Perfect, thank you!!
Steve before marrying Marcy = classic rock listener. Steve after marrying Marcy = adult contemporary listener.
(Steve to al) we are mature men (turns around) hooter alert! Lolll
I still believe that if it wasn't for this comedy great Fox might not be the network it is now. Comedy was great back then.
That's a fact, not a belief. Fox was the only network bold enough to aired it at the time.
Beneath that 80s yuppie, new age sensitive male facade, Steve was just a regular guy who wanted a good time 🤘🤘
Steves
Men are men, it's in our DNA, even though "the times" (and what women say they want) try to sway us (and varyingly succeed)! 😄
Great selection!
That dang Buck eats better than i do! lol
Steve was great. Jefferson was great. It's weird how I wish Steve had stayed and yet I can't imagine the later years without Jefferson.
My favorite Steve moment was when he talked about his sousophone.
i been watching this show from its original fox run never missed one first run ep but some of these are deleted/cut scenes
These parodies are hilarious !! 😁
Al corrupted Steve so bad 🤦♂️🤣🤘
Marcy would have corrupted him first though
A true woodsman👍
When Steve yells, he almost sounds like Michael Scott of The Office.

I always did like Steve better than Jefferson
Weirdo

I see Steph has a splash Buddy in number 7!! Make sense since our Splash Brother moved out to Dallas 🙄 😂😂😂😂
This was the show that moral guardians raged against, but would then go home and watch it.
Hilarious 😅
There is nothing like owning a classic mustang, classic firebird or Camaro, or a classic challenger or barracuda.
Would love to see "the best" of other characters - Kelly, Marcy, Peggy...
Steve vs Jefferson, who was better?
sort a not fair ? cuz writing and scripts were just super awesome first few seasons although dont get me wrong there was some fantastic jefferson eps too but i pick steve by a nose over dr footwear and jeffferson
Steve but Jefferson was kinda done dirty by the writing. His trope is pretty lackluster
Steve 100%
Jefferson by far, he added way more laughs
Peggy and Marcy were completely different in the first season.
👍👍👍
22:04 - 22:12 🤣🤣🤣
23:14 Fine, next time you want to grow a beard, do it!
😂😂😂😂😂
Cannot believe Al didn't divorce her
To me Steve and Jefferson is like comparing Dick York to Dick Sargent.
Are y’all chasing Yalls dreams?
Series lasted another seven years when this thespian left for Broadway 🤦🏽♂️
Who was better wife Peggy or Marcy???????
Jefferson
Peggy. She wasn't the best, but she did a lot more for Al than Marcy did for Steve.

He was the best part of that hosuehold i hate marcy
