IEP is NOT a big deal. It’s really just a chance to meet one or two of your child’s teachers. The goal or goals are just samplings of the work done with your child.
Special Ed teacher here. IEP’s aren’t meant to be stressful, but for some parents, they can be. If Sebastian is entering a school system with good quality special ed teachers and administrators, they should be able to put your mind at ease. I know that you are nervous about the care that he will receive….. totally understandable, he has been entirely in your care since he was born. Just seeing how you are a strong advocate for your son on this channel, I know that you will hold the school staff to account for how they care for Sebastian and his education. Conversely, if you go into it with a positive attitude and try to have positive interactions with the staff with the approach that you are ALL on the same team, -you all want the very best for Sebastian… That will go along way to creating a good, positive educational plan for Sebastian each year.
Since watching your vlogs I have seen tremendous growth in Sebastian. He is an intelligent and sweet boy and I'm sure he will flourish in school. You can tell that he understands everything that is said to him and he responds just like any other child his age. Physically he may not be able to speak the words but his face says it all!
My oldest son was delayed with speech, and we were told to use a personal massager a lot like that one to use on his mouth, chin, ears and cheeks. I’m sure it will be just as beneficial to Sabastian as it was for my Jesse

It's been really hot last week I took my 7 year old grandson swimming thats been a trip . He says some pretty crazy stuff to other kids like I dont like you . I felt at first I didnt really want to feel stuck watching him but then now hes a little older hes smarter and says such crazy stuff that it makes me laugh . I guess I'm glad we kind of bonded . Oh my gosh Sebastian is getting a little more vocal . Hes so smart hes just really going to keep growing and changing on you .🤗

Hi everyone 💗 Looks like a beautiful day for a nice walk in the neighborhood! I wish I could walk on a 2 mile stroll. Until this year I could do it. But now every time I try,I get a little ways down my street and my hip starts hurting. I guess I'm getting too old! Wow I can't believe how tall Sebastian is getting! Actually, if you want to keep the juice in soup or anything with water you cover it because it keeps the moisture in, makes condensation, If you keep it uncovered then the moisture evaporates . Hi everyone 💗 Looks like a beautiful day for a nice walk in the neighborhood! I wish I could walk on a 2 mile stroll. Until this year I could do it. But now every time I try,I get a little ways down my street and my hip starts hurting. I guess I'm getting too old! Wow I can't believe how tall Sebastian is getting! I never realized how much until today when he was chilling in his chair! He really enjoys that soup alot. You can really tell by those expressions on his face! Happy Wednesday all 😊

Actually, if you want to keep the juice in soup or anything with water you cover it because it keeps the moisture in, makes condensation, If you keep it uncovered then the moisture evaporates .
