How document is automatically returned to onbase, is it configured in workflow as a separate action or Upload to Docusign action takes care of it?
Can you find which documents are not signed using workflow actions and send an email reminder or we need to write custom code using docusign api?
    Thanks!

      Thanks for the questions!
When using the OnBase Integration for DocuSign, after all the signature requirements are satisfied within DocuSign, the document is automatically returned to OnBase as a signed revision. There is no need for a separate workflow action.
As for the question on finding documents that haven’t been signed yet were handed off to DocuSign, an OnBase Workflow rule exists to check if the “DocuSign Envelope Completed.” This rule could be configured to identify those items that haven’t been returned to OnBase. The rest of the question is dependent upon how you are determining the required signers of the document. If you have stored the e-mail addresses of all of the signers as OnBase keywords, you would be able to configure an action to send a reminder. However, that notification would not be branded as DocuSign, nor would you be able to include the link to the DocuSign document within the notification. That link is not natively accessible within your notification configuration. There may be ways to obtain that link and include it within the notification, but that is not native OnBase integration capabilities. If you do not store the signer e-mails within OnBase, only DocuSign tracks those e-mails, and you would need to define that within DocuSign in some fashion. I would question whether some native DocuSign capabilities can send reminder e-mails to the current signer if an action has not been taken within x days. That would seem to be a more straightforward solution if available.
