Matt King should be blues coach. Was assistant to Madge at rabbits when they won the premiership, was assistant at Roosters when they won their premierships, was part of the 2005 series with Joey - I think he's the best of what we've got.

The "end of season review" isn't actually a real thing. It's just a cover for the board to hide behind. Governments do it all the time. They are too gutless to take responsibility for doing X, so they spend our tax money paying a consultant to do a "review" that recommends they should be doing X. Same with the Broncos board. They decided to sack Kevvie, but instead of having the balls to just tell him, they went through the sham of a "review" that recommended it.
