Big deal. There are pretty women all over the world. Not trying to sound like a salty hater, but I'm starting to think a lot of reefers are lonely or maybe there's not very many pretty women in their area.

I have an issue keep turbo snails and sea hairs. They generally last about three weeks. Nassarius snails last for months. I thought that it my be my hermit crabs, but I have removed them and still have the same issue.
Assuming your parameters are fine, try running carbon, they are sensitive and it could be a chemical in the tank.

I'm a professional animal transporter and sometimes I'm on the road 4 to 6 weeks at a time. Actually ended up selling my tank and everything to do more research on how I can be gone for longer periods to talk. Any suggestions

I'm in a beginner learning curve, researching before doing. Can someone help me understand some equipment? What is a "turf scrubber" - how does it work and what does it accomplish and/or what is it paired with for water quality?
At this stage I wouldn't be looking at algae scrubbers, they are used to lower phosphate and nitrate but there are other methods to do this as well
Do any of your powerheads face upwards when your battery backup kicks on? Mine do not and i worry that i dont have enough oxygenation...
Mine are MP40's so they dont turn

lol the majority of my viewers are american because the hobby is so much bigger over there
So you need help? Taking on this hobby means you can't venture far without help. That alone while i'm interested in a tank is a massive consideration.
The good thing about this hobby is there is almost always someone willing to help
and I bet he's not REALLY going away for Reefapalooza LOL
With the Camera Reefs just posted on Instagram that he uses the Wyze Cam and loves it - it's had heaps of good reviews and is USD20 (or 30 for the fast rotating and swiveling one). I am going to get the Seneye to monitor (the new one coming with Alk) and I will probably use smart plugs that I can remote control ;) Your tips are awesome - I love how you have worked EVERYTHING out to dose - well done.
When it's not summer can you put a glass lid on your tank to reduce evaporation?

Some form of power back up is such a crucial item that people overlook. I’m curious as to how the battery backup works. All the places i contacted told me even the largest of batteries wouldn’t last more than an hour or so. I had to go with a generator which means I need to be home but it has saved me over multi day power outages this past year
Ecotech claim it can last 24 hours

Great video, but please get some type of controller for your tank. And you might want to get a D-Link Camera for your tank as well.
I always place my D-Link Camera in the direction of my sump when on vacation. This way, if the water level too low in the sump return section.
I can turn off the pump. Unfortunately, I don't have space under my tank for a ATO, because I have two Fluval canister filters being used as Carbon and GFO reactors. Hopefully, this year I will be able to upgrade my tank which will include an ATO system.
There might be one coming in the near future
