Before I watch, I will say I think Ruin is not evil, at least not fully. Sure the virus might be present, but I think it might take control only for certain periods of time. Ruin DID say previously that he did not like Eclipse either

I actually have a different theory. I think emotionally, he got scars from the virus. i mean, think about a completely new place. He learned what he has done under, not to mention how much damage he was in. i wouldn't say he is bad but most likely very, very paranoid, possibly wondering if the the anti virus moon made worked at all or if it just put him back in control and now he just wondering if he'll just get locked up allover again

Sun struggling to explain the concept of a cowboy to Castor had me laughing so much 😂😂😂 I kinda want to see him and Pollux interact with the others more, and I’m glad Sun’s trying to help Castor to find a way to relax in a way he can enjoy, because while being dragged to different places is a nice, and thoughtful, gesture, I think travel is more of Pollux’s thing than his 😂

So far, things ain't goin' well for the possibility of an Eclipse redemption, with both Eclipse's actions towards Ruin being threatening, his clear plans to continue hurting people, and even the Astral Bodies' plans to take him prisoner- I do believe Castor said he was going to be "tried," as in trial in a court of law. Space law. The ending was pretty cute, I think it's endearing that Sun offered up a game for Castor to play. But also, when can we watch Sun himself play Red Dead? :0c /nf
I've had a theory about Ruin for a while now but this video made me think more so that it could be true: The theory is basically that the cure that Sun gave Ruin wasn't a perfect/total cure and caused normal Ruin and Virus Ruin to split, resulting in Virus Ruin becoming his own personality that normal Ruin is unaware of and Virus Ruin will occasionally take over, hence why Ruin will act so suspicious in some episodes and normal in others, whenever he acts suspicious it's the virus Ruin taking over. For any folks who want my theory to be explained in more detail, here: Basically, since when Moon tried to get rid of his Killcode the Killcode became sentient and its own person- It also spawned Eclipse- so who's to say that when Sun gave the cure to Ruin it wasn't a full cure so that either the virus would temporarily take back control of Ruin for periods of time which would explain why he sometimes acts suspicious in some episodes and normal in others. OR, the one that I believe more, is that the cure caused the virus and Ruin to separate and now the virus version of Ruin has more or less become sentient and its own person and has been taking control of Ruin's body sporadically, also explaining why Ruin acts so suspicious in some videos and normal in others. The virus version of Ruin was shown to be VERY tech savy since he made BloodMoon, so since we revived Bloodmoon I also believe he'd revive Eclipse. I'm kinda proud of my theory tbh and hope some of ya'll liked reading it👍 Edit: After reading more of the RUclips comments I see that I'm definitely not the first one to comment about this this, I think I may have just been the first to explain it in depth😅
I know this disproves my theory somewhat but I still believe Ruin was the reason. Sure, it could be the creator but I’m still unconvinced. Also, Ruin keeps saying “I barely know how to fix an arcade machine”, yet he used schematics to build his own body. Those parts could’ve been what was found in his area but also Eclipse uses the same required parts that Ruin does. I think this part might be more confusing than the FNAF timeline.
Eclipse seems confused..... the fact that he suspected that Ruin made him like moon tells me that somebody made it seem that way. Its possible that the virus clings onto ruins code slowly forming into a sun and moon situation or it could be phantom Freddy or Vannie.
Lot of people saying ruin gave eclipse a purpose here by accident but…if I recall virus infected ruin hated the creator as well. Something is definitely up with this version of eclipse, as he said he just announced himself, that isn’t like him doing that without a plan. I’m thinking he has some kind of subtle directive nudging his actions. In addition ruin offering to mentally fix eclipse seems innocent but I’m unsure. The moving eyes on the eclipse model is an excellent creepy addition that makes him feel more off too.
A lot of people are thinking Vanny it’s the one who brought him back, but I don’t think so, because she took over after solar was knocked out not before

Theory time people ✨ First can we talk about how Eclipse sounds like a dead ass robot like his voice just went 5 octaves lower then usual and he seemed very confused about what he was doing and how he was brought back. Also how he introduced himself to early and started getting stressed or something not knowing why he was brought back. I really thought it was Ruin who did it and brought him back after what Lord Eclipse said and just based on my own theories, but now I don’t know anymore. It could have been the creator..but why would he do it? I mean ruin did have a good point about the creator wanting to distract moon and sun from killing him though I think it was just him wanting to give them more problems because he could have easily taken care of them if they went after him. Honestly at this point we just have to wait for more lore to get a clear idea on why eclipse is acting like a robot and who brought him back and another question not regarding any of that. Ah Eclipse, you very much are in need of serious, intensive therapy. And he gets another chance at life and he is just as directionless as he has always been. I think he defaults to 'make Sun and Moon suffer' because he literally can't figure out what to do with himself otherwise. He is horrible but I do pity him. But I think there was a spark of wanting to change, before he died. I hope that has carried over to this new iteration of him. One thing about redemption arcs, is they are not really about if a character *deserves* them or not. They are about if a character is willing to make a *choice* to go down that road, and to keep going even when its hard, and to keep going even if the wronged party does not forgive them. I do hope he makes that choice, and makes some actual positive relationships... but Eclipse has always been a tragedy of his own making. And, thats not even considering if the Astral Bodies don't kill him first.
This episode is just. . . . . Amazing! I believe Eclipse is actually more evil than before. Like, in the past, he was just a thorn in the gang's side or just being bored and not doing much; now he is actually trying to make Sun, Moon, Solar and the others' lives a literal nightmare by kidnapping Ruin and trying to use Lunar, who is 1/2 star by the way! His design is actually nightmare fuel (I won't be sleeping tonight). HIM THREATENING RUIN, I SWEAR IF HE KILLS OUR BRITISH GOOFBALL I WILL-! My theory is that when he was questioning his existance, he was intending to make us - the fans - feel sorry for him, considering the fact that he said "I missed being like this", and he used to trick us by using Sun's voice. And also he should remember his manipulative ways in the past if he knows about his death; so, it makes sense for him to go back to his manipulative ways again, although he could also be doing the same thing when he asks Ruin who else could have brought him back. Before I forget, ECLIPSE NEEDS THERAPY!! Anyways, I think when Solar and Moon come to save Ruin, Eclipse will have some sort of trick up his sleeve like what he did back at Moon's bunker, and maybe trap them so he can get to Lunar. I actually have a different theory. I think emotionally, he got scars from the virus. i mean, think about a completely new place. He learned what he has done under, not to mention how much damage he was in. i wouldn't say he is bad but most likely very, very paranoid, possibly wondering if the the anti virus moon made worked at all or if it just put him back in control and now he just wondering if he'll just get locked up allover again

Im sticking to my theory that ruins virus can switch in and out at times. Like when Eclipse said something like “I don’t think you know what your doing” and how he switched to being scared to slowly giving him a reason or motive
hearing eclipse so lost and dazed was a gut punch when i was so excited to see him again, and having Ruin be such a sweet and terrified lil captive just made it into a knife twist.

Eclipse seems messed up, he doesn’t know what’s going on. It’s pretty clear if it was the creator that he’s used Eclipse as a distraction for whatever he’s scheming. I find it interesting how Eclipse is doing things, like revealing himself, and then questioning _why_ afterwards.
Sun struggling to explain the concept of a cowboy to Castor had me laughing so much 😂😂😂 I kinda want to see him and Pollux interact with the others more, and I’m glad Sun’s trying to help Castor to find a way to relax in a way he can enjoy, because while being dragged to different places is a nice, and thoughtful, gesture, I think travel is more of Pollux’s thing than his 😂

So far, things ain't goin' well for the possibility of an Eclipse redemption, with both Eclipse's actions towards Ruin being threatening, his clear plans to continue hurting people, and even the Astral Bodies' plans to take him prisoner- I do believe Castor said he was going to be "tried," as in trial in a court of law. Space law.
The ending was pretty cute, I think it's endearing that Sun offered up a game for Castor to play. But also, when can we watch Sun himself play Red Dead? :0c /nf

I've had a theory about Ruin for a while now but this video made me think more so that it could be true: The theory is basically that the cure that Sun gave Ruin wasn't a perfect/total cure and caused normal Ruin and Virus Ruin to split, resulting in Virus Ruin becoming his own personality that normal Ruin is unaware of and Virus Ruin will occasionally take over, hence why Ruin will act so suspicious in some episodes and normal in others, whenever he acts suspicious it's the virus Ruin taking over.
For any folks who want my theory to be explained in more detail, here:
Basically, since when Moon tried to get rid of his Killcode the Killcode became sentient and its own person- It also spawned Eclipse- so who's to say that when Sun gave the cure to Ruin it wasn't a full cure so that either the virus would temporarily take back control of Ruin for periods of time which would explain why he sometimes acts suspicious in some episodes and normal in others. OR, the one that I believe more, is that the cure caused the virus and Ruin to separate and now the virus version of Ruin has more or less become sentient and its own person and has been taking control of Ruin's body sporadically, also explaining why Ruin acts so suspicious in some videos and normal in others. The virus version of Ruin was shown to be VERY tech savy since he made BloodMoon, so since we revived Bloodmoon I also believe he'd revive Eclipse.
I'm kinda proud of my theory tbh and hope some of ya'll liked reading it👍

I know this disproves my theory somewhat but I still believe Ruin was the reason. Sure, it could be the creator but I’m still unconvinced.
Also, Ruin keeps saying “I barely know how to fix an arcade machine”, yet he used schematics to build his own body. Those parts could’ve been what was found in his area but also Eclipse uses the same required parts that Ruin does.
I think this part might be more confusing than the FNAF timeline.
Eclipse seems confused..... the fact that he suspected that Ruin made him like moon tells me that somebody made it seem that way. Its possible that the virus clings onto ruins code slowly forming into a sun and moon situation or it could be phantom Freddy or Vannie.

Lot of people saying ruin gave eclipse a purpose here by accident but…if I recall virus infected ruin hated the creator as well. Something is definitely up with this version of eclipse, as he said he just announced himself, that isn’t like him doing that without a plan. I’m thinking he has some kind of subtle directive nudging his actions. In addition ruin offering to mentally fix eclipse seems innocent but I’m unsure. The moving eyes on the eclipse model is an excellent creepy addition that makes him feel more off too.

First can we talk about how Eclipse sounds like a dead ass robot like his voice just went 5 octaves lower then usual and he seemed very confused about what he was doing and how he was brought back. Also how he introduced himself to early and started getting stressed or something not knowing why he was brought back. I really thought it was Ruin who did it and brought him back after what Lord Eclipse said and just based on my own theories, but now I don’t know anymore. It could have been the creator..but why would he do it? I mean ruin did have a good point about the creator wanting to distract moon and sun from killing him though I think it was just him wanting to give them more problems because he could have easily taken care of them if they went after him. Honestly at this point we just have to wait for more lore to get a clear idea on why eclipse is acting like a robot and who brought him back and another question not regarding any of that. What will the stich- wraith and what’s going on with Bloodmoon? Like what will he do next wise…anyways just thought I would theorize a bit here after what we just watched and just about the other lore videos. Ah Eclipse, you very much are in need of serious, intensive therapy. And he gets another chance at life and he is just as directionless as he has always been. I think he defaults to 'make Sun and Moon suffer' because he literally can't figure out what to do with himself otherwise. He is horrible but I do pity him. But I think there was a spark of wanting to change, before he died. I hope that has carried over to this new iteration of him.
One thing about redemption arcs, is they are not really about if a character *deserves* them or not. They are about if a character is willing to make a *choice* to go down that road, and to keep going even when its hard, and to keep going even if the wronged party does not forgive them. I do hope he makes that choice, and makes some actual positive relationships... but Eclipse has always been a tragedy of his own making.
And, thats not even considering if the Astral Bodies don't kill him first.
I like the fact that Castor just kinda... appeared. Just randomly.
This episode is just. . . . . Amazing!
I believe Eclipse is actually more evil than before. Like, in the past, he was just a thorn in the gang's side or just being bored and not doing much; now he is actually trying to make Sun, Moon, Solar and the others' lives a literal nightmare by kidnapping Ruin and trying to use Lunar, who is 1/2 star by the way! His design is actually nightmare fuel (I won't be sleeping tonight). HIM THREATENING RUIN, I SWEAR IF HE KILLS OUR BRITISH GOOFBALL I WILL-! My theory is that when he was questioning his existance, he was intending to make us - the fans - feel sorry for him, considering the fact that he said "I missed being like this", and he used to trick us by using Sun's voice. And also he should remember his manipulative ways in the past if he knows about his death; so, it makes sense for him to go back to his manipulative ways again, although he could also be doing the same thing when he asks Ruin who else could have brought him back. Before I forget, ECLIPSE NEEDS THERAPY!!
Anyways, I think when Solar and Moon come to save Ruin, Eclipse will have some sort of trick up his sleeve like what he did back at Moon's bunker, and maybe trap them so he can get to Lunar. Keep up the great work and give some extra credit to the thumbnail artists
