C921 is very good. I really like it.
And B521 got so much fanfare... at some point I need to try a sample from somebody else's bottle. Maybe we just got a bad bottle. 🤷
Was excited today, was "Supposed" to get a handful of A122 in today.... well that didn't happen.... they sent B520 instead.... that's great... but i still wanted to try A122.... back to the hunt... where's a huntress when you need one?

I walked into my small towns Kroger the other day and there was a bottle of Elijah Craig 18 at MSRP sitting on the shelf. Could not believe it. Bought it and was pretty stoked, turns out my buddy really wants so I guess I will not get to find out if it is too oaky. Anyhow cheers to supermarket liquor stores!!!
Jealous! Big city supermarkets (at least in L.A.) typically price higher demand bourbons far above SRP. On the other hand, chain liquor stores typically sell at SRP but quantities are often very limited so bottles disappear within a day. 🤨
@@OttoBoy ohio is state regulated, so stores cannot charge anymore than states SRP. But they will let bars charge for pours like all bottles are secondary prices.

C921 was my favorite from last year too. Still waiting for some A122 to come through the area
While on a work trip, hunting for A1-22, I found an A1-21 for less than retail and scooped it up...how convenient, that finished my 2021 ECBP series.
I'm still on the hunt for A1-22 though....wish me luck.

Grocery stores here (S.E. Georgia) don't sell liquor. Has to be a brick and mortar liquor store.
We really liked A122 but didn't think it was a huge deviation from what we experienced last year. (But we liked B521...however we do not like ass crack! Lol) Will be interesting to see the rest of 22 offerings play out this year. Cheers guys!

I thought C921 was really good also, got a backup, but didn't try the B521. If y'all compare it to some intense eye contact while passing gas 06:58 sounds interesting. Great video, as usual 🍻

Totally disagree about B521 being a dumpster fire. IMO it was delicious. A122 is definetly better though.
We can't argue with you. We've heard the same thing from literally everyone else, that B521 was great.
