It’s recurrence system the more you debit more credit I’ll offer you. Show some proof. Quite underestimated, the usual ketchup and napkins.

There is about 12 times in this video that I would have been able to 'drop' the 'attacker' with a knee or foot to the groin! This whole thing about 'short punches' (which do NOTHING in a real fight!) is bull crap!

I know you have to pay bills or gain views on videos where you need to pad your curriculum, however people should stop teaching this form of trapping. It never works against resisting opponent. Watch any wing chun sparring video (non Chi Sao). Watch any JKD sparring video. Simple traps like pulling down the arm like a slot machine lever works in pro boxing. But that's it.

These guys never spar anyone but their own brainwashed students...they don't wanna learn what works, they wanna feel cool and tough without the work.

you boxers have a fast fscki g hands though. trapping works but its only meant to be like a split second to get control of the rhythm. the whole holding them in it doesn't work, agree with you there. but I'd never plan to arm trap a skilled boxer

Thank you. I learn so much from your videos that I then apply in my JKD-based training. Extra thanks for being the first sifu who has translated the Chinese terms like Pak Sao, etc. It’s so enlightening. ✌️🤜🫷
