Sir i think we can choose any time slot. But in the selected time slot . We have to choose minimum fare flight.(10% more is acceptable).

Good Job sir. But I have a doubt, if cheapest flight is having breaks and is taking 24 hours to complete the journey, then what is the provision? From Port Blair to Delhi there is not flight with zero (0) stoppage. All are with at least one stoppage. AND out of these flights, cheapest are 24 hours long flights. I just asked my dealing hand as to which flight ticket should I buy for LTC purpose, so that he may not raise objection in final claim..Even he is not sure about it.

@@ankynegi Check Air India flight departing at 8:00 AM and reaching Delhi at 19:50 with one stop at Chennai. Hope this should be cheapest one and having the shortest duration also.
If Non-Stop flight is not available, then book 1 stop flight.

You can choose any 3 hr time slot of your choice. Then choose minimum available fare. For convenience 10% band applicable in same slot, not other time slot. Pls read the document carefully.

Sir, beg your pardon. As per my understanding one has to book air ticket at the lowest price in any given slot of 3 hours with a provision of10% for convenience and comfort. Not the cheapest fare of the whole day(24 hours) as you have mentioned. Printing of web page for the given slot ( in which the govt servant desire to travel) is required for settlement of LTC claims.

but u want to go on 11am , that price was 15000 .
U get reimbursement 10000 + 1000 (10%) = 11000 only..

Dear Sir- in regards to the 3 hour slot I think your explanation may be erroneous since the fares will always be less in late night and early morning slots . The right interpretation could be the lowest fare in the 3 hour slot selected by the employee based in his/ her convenience. Correct me if wrong

अगर एक व्यक्ति दिल्ली गवर्नमेंट में employee है और उसकी पत्नी हरियाणा सरकार में employee है।
उनके दो बच्चे है।
दोनो का होमटाउन हरियाणा है।
हरियाणा और दिल्ली गवर्नमेंट के अलग अलग LTC ब्लॉक year है।
पत्नी को हरियाणा सरकार से LTC के रूप में हर 4 साल में एक महीने की सैलरी मिल कैश मिल जाती है।
क्या पति दिल्ली सरकार में केवल अपना और बच्चो ( केवल 3 लोगो) का LTC या LTC home town ले सकता है?
हां या नहीं?
अगर नही ले सकता तो यह जरूर बताइए कि क्या वह पति बिना LTC claim किए Leave Encashment (6 बार 10 - 10 दिन in service) ले सकता है?

No you won't it can be reimbursed through corresponding train fare of shortest route as per your entitlement to travel through train or air fare if it's lesser.

I think time slot explained by you is not correct ..... I think employee can book only cheapest in a particular time slot (not the cheapest included in all time slot) .

I do have a question:
I have to avail LTC under Special Dispensation Scheme. I am posted in Jabalpur and have booked airline ticket from Mumbai to Port Blair (I am not entitled for air fare). So, I am travelling from Jabalpur to Mumbai using railway as well as my family is travelling from Pune to Mumbai by railway to catch the flight. I have taken screenshots of train fares from Jabalpur to Chennai(railway) as well as Chennai to Port Blair(flight). The cost of my journey from Mumbai is less than the recommended route from Chennai to Port Blair. Will i be able to claim LTC and reimbursement using the above information.

1. Jabalpur to Chennai by Train
2. Chennai to Port Blair by Air

Initial directions were issued in this regard on 16/06/2022. If Air tickets were booked before that, there will be no problem in reimbursement.
Sir i have booked ticket after 16/06/2022 and before 29.08.2022 circular. I think that they will not refund the amount. In the para 10 of the circular dated 16/06/2022 it is stated that any mistake can be condoned by the joint commissioner. Is that possible sir?.

All LTC rules are applied on Special Dispensation Scheme. Same reimbursement for all dependent family members.

I am entitled to air fare. I want to go from Patna to Indore (LTC). I booked two tickets, one from Patna to New Delhi and the other from New Delhi to Indore because there was no direct flight service. The rule is that there should be a one ticket. Will we get a claim, if not, then who will limit it

So I want to book tickets from Pune to Srinagar which has 2hrs 40min layover at Delhi.
And suppose my flight from Pune to Srinagar is as follows:-
Pune 5:30 AM to Delhi 7:40 AM change of plane 2h:40m waiting
Delhi 10:20 Am to Srinagar 11:55AM

I'm a central govt. servant and have a question which is just boggling my mind as I'm unable to find exact paras in any of circulars on internet.. My issue is that- during the year 2021 one of my reporting officer graded me as GOOD for the period from 1-1-21 to 4-4-21 and the other reporting officer graded as V good for rest of the 8 month period.. now what will be my overall grading during 2021? if it will be considered as very good then please give some reference or otherwise
