It was both physical and mental and it both sucks there's literally nothing I can do about it he comes into my work place and the memories come back but I don't show my fear I walk past him with my head held high and my memories as far back as I can push them it's hard to fight the memories but I fought like hell to survive and got out of the relationship.

I almost took my life 5 years ago i thought i would get better but nope and i still wish i took my life 5 years ago but my dad ended up passing and i didn't want to hurt no body any more than what my father did im not sure how much longer i will last but it is smaller and its getting harder i haven't told anyone this at all i hate life alot i dont believe in love anymore all of my clothes are black my hair was beach blonde but now its black i dont like myself i wanna go 180 on the free way and let to of the steering wheel and hope i dont make is out alive i have ZERO patients and my anger is very bad my anxiety is worse

This song is how I been feeling especially with this year. I can’t handle any more emotional changes. I am Just a girl that been through the worst year around May my grandfather passed away then 5 months after my great aunt passed away. I can’t cry pretty with what I have been through. Instead I just keep my feelings in. Till I hit breaking point and just let the tears out. I can’t handle anymore emotional traumas like I did this year.

Love this song. Brings back memories of my past abusive relationship, I've been there I have the ptsd and the nightmares and the fights in my head. It was both physical and mental and it both sucks there's literally nothing I can do about it he comes into my work place and the memories come back but I don't show my fear I walk past him with my head held high and my memories as far back as I can push them it's hard to fight the memories but I fought like hell to survive and got out of the relationship.

A lot of women that have been abused tell their story I'm done being ashamed of what happened to me and I'm not going to let some 10 year old little girl sit here and tell me "you just told the whole world you were abused" I know what I did sweetie but again I'm telling my story go hide under your bridge troll. I'm going to tell my story no matter who likes it and who doesn't I'm a woman that speaks out so other women that went through this aren't afraid
