Should not have no rights to pay the TV Licence,If the property been left unattended since 2009,You can take further action with the TV Licence,Even if it do go as far as court,Unless if any one used a TV in there since,Then be another thing,Some one is reliable for it,There is no way they will charge any one a TV Licence,The TV Licence people will have to turn up in there TV detector vans,What they do is scan the signals coming from the TV aerial,If there's not been any TV switched on,You can have every possible right to solve this problem,I thought I let you know,Just trying to help,Ive had TV Licence after me before,I soon told them I have two TV's in my house hold,Long as they not connected to the TV aerial,Not playing TV online as its shown live or recorded and downloaded,By Law,Don't need a TV Licence,Hope you get this sorted as well,Also get a solicitor as well who also help solve the problem,Im just trying to help,Hope the help goes well for you all
