Why do we need to wait for 12 months? This resolution will be forgotten again, and after 1 year of waiting, Israel will make sure that nobody is alive in the West Bank.
The resolution is active from now. Israel has one year to complete the withdrawal, abandon the illegal settlements, relocate all the colonisers and return the land stolen till now.
