File transfer only possible if we purchase app?...it's not work in trial mode...also can't select multiple images to transfer from phone to hdd..

Hi sir mere 1.5tb ki hhd hai..maine paid bhi liya hai...pr videos transfer nahi ho rahe..kuch videos 30 min k hai n kuch 1-2 hrs ke..60%-70% ke baad apne aap disconnect ho jata hai
Same problem here , tried today. Photos getting shared easily but videos taking lot of time & it disconnects automatically
