Lovely playing but can't you hear the typo at 3:53? Billie's Song has a misplaced flat sign. Should be in front of the D not the E. In bar 8b. It is a common C7 flat9 chord.
@@MusicMattersGB Use your Aural skills my friend. Your intuition is right. It's a Dom7th chord. C7 needs it's 3rd, E natural. left hand is providing the 7th. Bflat The D flat is flavouring, musical colour. An everyday common or garden C7flat9. However if the office girl has assured you, ha ha.

Ninette's Musette is beautiful! Some lovely chords and progressions. Sounds like a romance waltz. I haven't looked at it properly or know the context but it is a gorgeous and despite some of its complexities has a very simple structure and is very easy to listen to.

Personal taste but there are some lovely pieces here.
About the Bela Bartok piece, the appoggiatura is short and the accent should be on the main note.
It’s not an appoggiatura but an acciaccatura. That’s why it’s short. And yes, play the accents as marked. Apologies for the delayed response.

Play them all. If you abandon it the section won’t pass.
