Remember that this is just for entertainment and I am not an expert in these repairs. The processes in the video may not be the best way, the correct way or the safest way to fix these things.
I do love fault finding and trying to fix broken things so I hope that comes across in this 'Trying to FIX' series.

Great video once again.
Just a tip: you can't put too much solder mask, it will be liquid inside by quite log time, maybe it will not solidify if it's very dark inside, it needs to be a thin layer so you can cure i with UV light.
Also to make things faster, you can use nail varnish, it's not the same but it does the same.
So satisfying to see. Your sweet soft voice makes it satisfying to hear also.

Hi mate i have an xbox one pad that for some reason wont sync with the xbox but will sync with it if its put right next to the power button on the xbox itself any ideas as to a fix thank you
Anything on how to fix the bumper buttons? I have one that’s just held down constantly.
I know someone that smashes these things like a rock star and the one part that ALWAYS breaks on all of them is the magnet holder for the analog trigger button.
I looked everywhere and i could only find one seller that sells this part and it is in the UK (US here) and the part is almost as much as a new controller without the shipping ! and i don't even think they ship stateside .
You can find literally every single other part and at least at a price that makes it worthwhile to fix it except for the magnet holders for the analog triggers.
I got like 5 of these out the trash all with the same issue (broken analog trigger ,broken magnet holder) and there is not way to fix it that is economically viable it is very frustrating.

Also it seems like the hinge pin for the magnet holder is not even removable so it would be impossible to replace it ,but i did find that one seller selling the part so i assume it can come out somehow but i could never get them to budge , this controller is very badly designed in terms of repair-ability
because if that one part goes you are pretty much fuk'd
I just fixed one of the D-pad buttons on my controller by lifting up the dome switch and cleaning under it with a cotton bud and some hand sanitizer (isopropy alcohol)
How to repair the view button?
I have a similar problem, mine is only the B button, it sometimes start working and I can play with not problem, others times it just stop working and then when I press it for a while it begin working againg, a very weird problem, I have already opened the controller and cleaned the rubber and pad with isopropyl alchool at 75% and the problem remains...some idea ?
I have the same issue. If you find a fix for it let me know. I have temporarily found a workaround for the b button by switching it with the up on the d pad in xbox settings.
