Ten Grands VIII - "MacArthur Park" Featuring Buddy Greco

'MacArthur Park', written by Jimmy Webb, features renowned performer and recording artist Buddy Greco as part of ten pianists.
Ten Grands features ten grand pianos and ten concert pianists playing a variety of classical and modern pieces both simultaneously and individually. Traditionally presented just once a year at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, three shows are planned for the 2008 concert season.
There were two performances in Portland on April 5, 2008 at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, and one show on May 17th, 2008 in Seattle, WA.
Concert proceeds benefit The Snowman Foundation, which in turn benefits youth service groups, helps generate scholarships and music lessons for disadvantaged youth in Oregon and Southwest Washington and helps purchase pianos for schools and organizations in need.

Excellent! Buddy is on great form - what a Legend! He mentioned the UK tour and he can also be seen at The Circus Casino at Star City in Birmingham on August 8th. When he becomes the first Vegas Star to headline at a British Casino.

this was not his best performance of McArthur park i have seen him all over the world, and if you hear this at the end of one of his live shows, it will give you a tingle like no other, try the l.p live at the talk of the north, 1974
