Ngannou was still lying on the canvas as the doctor was finishing up this video.
😂😂😂😂😂
Dude seriously, how does he schedule time for this?
dang
@@Andy-rp3ee hahaha... he must close his office late
@@clightning9703I am genuinely curious if he maps out games/events to pay attention to. It seems like a full time job just figuring that out…
You are so ridiculously quick Doc
Dude I came to RUclips to look for the ko & this is the first video that pops up lol😂
😅
Early bird gets the clicks
Quick as Joshua's right hand
You already know the views will be good with this name
Doc was ready dressed up, cameras set, hoping someone gets brutally knocked out 😂😂
Lmfaooo
😂
@@jbrew7396 League Of Lity Slags, _RUclips gamer b4_ you ask.
I bet he isn't wearing any pants 😂
Will he be okay?
🤨Not Doc I mean Francis.
Knock out was so bad the doc is doing an injury report on it
He did on many KOs. Its good video material, because its always the same topic, but with different visuals. Like with Bryce Mitchell's seizure for example after the KO. Its all the same video basically, just a different guy getting knocked out, and a different reaction to the concussion (going limp, having a seizure, or some go stiff as a board)
hahaha
🤣 it could not possibly be that the fight just happened.
L
actually, he lost millions of brain cells in that fight!
Brian don't stutter with them uploads 😂. Francis hasn't even woke up yet

@@hamzahdomeih7750 He worth more than your whole country.
Heavyweight boxing where anyone can be folded into a lawn chair and given a TBI in an instant. Great work as always Doc!
He wasn’t tko’d, he was properly ko’d
Yeah, so many people seem to think that TKO means Total KO rather than Technical KO
So a KO counted when the Ref reaches the count of 10. A "Technical" KO happens when the Ref waives off the fight without counting. TKO usually happens when a fighter is knocked down and gets up and is unable to continue or is getting his brains beat in and the Ref has seen enough. In this case, the punch landed and the Ref decided it was unnecessary to count so he waived it off which is why it was listed as a TKO.
@@Jwt-kb3yx tko is when it’s waived off during the fight or if the fighter beats the count but it’s waived off anyway. This fight was not recorded as a tko.
First KO was rigged at different angle all for $
@@Jwt-kb3yx when a ref doesn’t count to 10 if a man is out cold on the canvas, he waves it off so the unconscious man gets medical treatment as quickly as possible. There is no need to count. It’s recorded as a knockout not a technical knockout. He’s not technically knocked out when he’s sleeping, he’s actually knocked out.
Whatever, this guy incorrectly calls it a tko.
As people like to say here……..Facts!
This man deserves an award for how quick he posts these videos and how incredibly thorough he is in each one. Great stuff doc! Keep up the great work! 👍
Ive never seen a professional boxer wind up and telegraph a shot like that and have it actually cause something of significance. Francis just learned what pro boxing is without being carried.
Wilder has made a career of those kind of punches
Nah Francis already had been knocked down twice with non telegraphed shots. That last one was Francis on Empty and already heavily concussed, plus he is a novice on boxing defense.
So he was there to be taken out, which AJ rightfully did, cant risk Francis recovering.
If you watch closely Joshua read the jab and wound up the punch while Francis was landing. He basically halved the wind up time by starting it while Ngannou was still doing his move and thus unable to see or even react.
he was dead on his feet after second knockdown, fight should have been stopped
Povetkins on David price is pretty similar in terms of being fully telegraphed to everyone watching apart from the unlucky recipient
With all respect, there's something about seeing a man fall down unconscious that's scary - but seeing a BIG GUY LIKE FRANCIS fall unconscious that's eerie
Like watching Kratos defeat Zeus
i massively enjoy and value hearing your input Doc, thanks for so often providing it!
This was so quick and so well done !!
Amazing content as always. Please do more of these, Doc!
Brilliant feedback! And prompt! Warm greetings from Malawi, Africa 🌍 ❤

thanks for the medial analyzation... look forward to more from you Dr.Sutterer
At this point, you're blind if you're a sports channel and not take advantage of Doc Brian's expertise here. Keep it up Doc!

The back muscles 💪 of Ngannou is crazy Great cushioning for his fall after the final knockout from AJ
All praise to this doctor for covering combat sports and being so fast! I wish him all the success 🙌
I just love your fight breakdowns like that! Thanks Doc!
I love how you break these things down for us so even dummies like me can understand, and your punctuality is uncanny. Great work as always doc!
Thank you for this academic lecture 👍 Keep it up.
This was brutal
Thank you for the lesson.
I'm convinced you're from the future. How is it possible to do this so fast 😂
He just knows his craft so well that he takes very little time to say what he needs to say that he pretty much just needs to film and edit it
Once again, the lesson is that boxing is a different discipline than MMA. Being a good boxer doesn't mean you can be a good MMA fighter, and vice-versa.
There's a primary focus in boxing whilst in MMA there's more variety
Little consolation to Tyson Fury.
Doesn't change the fact that Ngannou should've won against Fury.
@@A..M..Afights are scored round by round. 1 knockdown makes you win 1 round, not the fight.
@@gigachad6885 Never said that. Just said he should've won, as in.. based on the whole fight.
super fast! u r the best doc! much appreciated
When you’re as good a doctor as Brian, no need to prepare and spend hours editing. Doc just dove right in with his expertise, effortlessly.
Doc, great breakdown and how come you are always this fast ha ha. Tomorrow is ufc 299 with some heavy fights. I bet you will be back this weekend to cover some of the knockouts that will happen
Thanks for enlightening us with this information...
How are you so fast every time man? Very impressive.
no doc , you're wrong, everyone told me that FN was incredible because he came from Africa......and......yadda yadda.

This man was still on the Canvas and this vid was uploaded
Francis had the fencing response kick in after the second knockdown, he was probably all out of it after that. That knockout was brutal and he was down for a long time.. he needs a long rest now
I think fight should have been stopped after second knockdown, he was dead on his feet
Great insight Doc!
This is much appreciated!
Dr Flash is his new nickname
I still find it kind of wild that there's basically an off-button on people, and how entertaining it is to see the best of the best find that button and hit it as hard as they can.
Well said!
I know it's unrelated. And am not trying to push any religious beliefs or something.
But seeing how the human body is "designed", there has to be some intelligence behind it all.
Even our own creations pale in comparison.
It's really fascinating.
It's almost like your remote is tripping and you just tap to get it working. But reversed.
@@keystone6162Once you have self replicating organic matter, then given enough time, it is inevitable that you will end up with life which exhibits properties that look as though they are designed. Only life that is able to adapt to a changing environment, in other words evolve, will survive. Given that mutations do not have a goal, many will lead to the demise of those affected organisms, but a select few will be helpful, and those will survive the next generation. The process will continually repeat itself, driven by the basic mechanism of survival of the environment, and ability to compete for resources. So in a sense we are designed, we are crafted by a billion years of adaptations that allow us to survive. Our current inventions may pale in comparison to the human brain currently, but AI to help us that really may not be true for much longer.
didnt even realize they fought already..
Fr I only knew because my friend texted me about it
hmm they kept that quiet, I did not realise that....
I am glad you addressed the "most" often misunderstood science about KO's fans miss. The reason for his "cold" KO is he was already concussed when he was hit again with significant blunt force trauma.
Doc very well detailed 💯
I was checking for the updates of the fight, and this was up before I realized it was over 😂
If only we could get an actual appointment this quick 😂
😂😂😂
This dudes videos are amazing
Thanks Doc for the prompt analysis of the KO and effects on Francis. We were really worried of the consequence of the KO on Francis but thank God he is on his feet and fine now.
Thanks doc
Thanks Doc
Thank you for this precisly spoken analysis 🙏.
Damn i had no idea this fight was even on tonight.. i saw this pop up on youtube and i was like WTF.. was hoping francis won but oh well…. Go knicks
Damn so you’re about to be let down again when the Knicks play
This morning
It was on the other side of the world
The face he made before the knock out punch landed. Not to mention his jaw was wide open, it could have broken his jaw. Ngannou should know to keep your mouth closed when you get hit.
Did you miss the beginning where he said he was concussed? Delayed reaction time. Even if he thought it, it was too late
Thanks doc. Love these videos especially the nfl ones…. Sad for Ngannou but happy for Aj
Dr. Sutterer hopped on video so fast he woke up the baby LOL
This is incredible… would love to see you do a Knockout analysis video of George Foreman’s knockouts, particularly his KO’s to Ken Norton, Ron Lyle, Gerry Cooney and Michael Moorer ? And/or
This channel is where I go to find out fight results
"Doctor reacts" looool. I can’t wait for the reaction of the pharmacist and all the nurses.
Doc forgot to mension Nganou,s reaction when he saw that Heat seeking misile... amazing.
this guys speed in uploading these is frightening
Bro how the hell do you film and edit a video practically an hour after the knockout?
this explains concussions and head trauma so well that I'll be linking this video to every idiot who thinks that headgear or helmets "prevent" concussions lol
They definitely don't prevent them but they reduce the risk by absorbing some of the impact
headgear also blocks vision which helps lead to concussion
@@stewpidasso3910 They absorb impact like American football helmets do. They don't. Your brain is like passengers in a car without a seatbelt. Welding a bumper to your car and then crashing into a concrete divider is still going to fling you out through the windshield.
The fact that Ngannou wasnt trained to expect the delayed reaction, and thus implement movement to avoid further damage and to help reset, is clearly down to poor training. This breakdown should be a lesson to trainers to help their fighters think about delay tactics to help reset, rather then standing in the middle of the canvas waiting to get hit.
Doc what long term effects can come from theae sort of concussions and knock outs?
Sounds like a Mongoose being strangled in the background. I was laughing the whole time. lol
I thought that was just me hearing stuff 😂
Props to ref. He was keeping both eyes plus his third on Ngannou. His true mind's eye seemingly knew what was coming.
Doc post faster than the fight
Damn! Insightful
Nice videos, I find it interesting to talk more about brain state after waking up from KO. People usually do not remember several hours, even though they appear conscious and they talk/interact with other people in some zombie mode.
Do they usually not remember things after the KO, or some parts before KO are erased too? Like whole fight, entering the ring, etc...
I saw an interview and Francis N. said he didn't remember much from the fight.
Thanks DOC
Good explanation of the rebooting process.
Ngannous back deserves its own zip code
It wasn’t just reaction time doc, Joshua fainted him first to set up the shot.
Quality over quantity doc! Love your vids regardless
Fascinating video
Thank you.
Doc needs to make a live reaction video showing how he drops videos so fast
But I’d get the video up before I could get the video up
@BrianSuttererMD haha you should find a clever way to troll these guys
@@BrianSuttererMD 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Dana white is jumping up and down from excitement 😂
Damn usyks going to need a new game plan , ajs only weakness was speed and skill and he’s levelled up in both areas !
What you didn't mention is the potential for CTE long term brain injury after a knockout like this. He is unlikely to ever be the same fighter again. He was renowned as having a great chin but every time a fighter gets knocked out, it's done with a lesser punch.
CTE is developed by micro injuries and repeated healing. Not a single blow. CTE is developed in training and very long careers with hundreds of fights, not in a single fight.
That may be correct but there is still a lot unknown about the impacts of just one concussion. What will be interesting to see is how he handles big head shots moving forward. Plenty of fighters around the world are knocked out much easier after that first big knockout. Time will tell.@@ChucksSEADnDEAD
First class explanation.
How fast do you upload? 😅 🎉
Fascinating and terrifying at the same time.
5:15 please do a background noise analysis here😮
Dr is ruthless! Doc, did you see Francis receive ogygen before he got back up?
He knocked him back to the spiritual realm in wakanda
😂😂😂
Bro was fighting in the ring, and a minute later he's in the Savanna having magic spears thrown at him like he was an albino Tanzanian
wtf the racism
Doc what are we thinking with ADs shoulder? Rotator?
The doc was there in the media truck. That's hows he so fast with all angles
Good work, Doc. Also, AJ throws all his weight diagonally to the left behind a jab, indicative of a body shot to follow. Francis flinches downwards while AJ flings that right with elastic recoil over his shoulder. It's a Mike Tyson punch. Hard to detect behind the "jab step". Look how low AJ is. It's called an overhand right. Devastating execution here. A little homage to Ngannou's coaches😂
Hello Doc, respect. ''how long do you presume Naganou needs off to almost fully recover and from potential 'recidivism brain trauma repeat' in future combat? the usual stubborn too soon returns- like UFC 298: Volkanovski vs Topuria
awesome stuff as always... think you might have your hands full with UFC 299 tomorrow!
Bro was insanely quick WTF
Fastest Doctor
Doctor Brian 😎
Very interesting!!!
No doubt about it He's concussed for sure ,The brain isn't made to be struck with that much force especially repeatedly as was the case here .
Docs i know you have something valuable to share but please when you explain the medical term it would be better to add graphics into it
Excellent
Damn, you're quick LOL
Hi Dr. In these circumstances, what can be the long term effect on a boxer with a concussion like this? Is there a long recovery for the boxer? Will they recover fully? Would he have a shear injury in the brain? I would expect with such a brutal knockout he will suffer a permanent brain injury. Thank you.
I bet a lot of boxer can really break this fight down. Good video
