Interesting playthrough. Nice to see more than just a couple of quick outings. The game looks better than I originally thought. The event cards don't seem to add much, though - maybe they are more effective later in the campaign.
There are only 24 event cards that are used, and they certainly could have an effect if you fly further (I got lucky and only had short flights here). I think they are there to add a little bit of narrative spice and interest, but I wish there were more, tbh
I have a few games where one plays the German side. I don't mind that so much, but I do have to "turn off" that side of my brain considering what the Germans stood for at the time. I've only noticed having to do this mental trick as I've gotten older. Anyway, game looks interesting, but may be too much dice rolling. I think this game could benefit from another deck of cards (instead of dice) that could dynamically modify the die roll or instead add story line info to the die roll as the attack happens. Yeah, that's me, thinking I know how to design a board game...blah blah

Seems interesting, hope Chinese version can come out in the future for Chinese players including me!
That would be great!!
Hi are the boards mounted?
Yes, the main board is! The player aids are made from thinner cardboard.
@@LegendaryTactics Looks fun.
