He was dating Nico when she was making Evening of Light, footage from which was used to make this fan-produced video, and was in the film. This footage was made long after Nico's time with The Velvet Underground, and was for an unfinished film which had no connection to Lou Reed. The fact that someone used the Nico footage for a VU video does not mean that it was made for the VU.
