How many boreholes do you need also their depth? How many people would one require to run the whole project? I find a problem with this structure. Does it need to be roofed? I think the place will be warm for the fish. You can cover with a net. The village lives in open rivers now we build mansion for fish hmmmm

I don't see why "show off" without putting down costs, risks, time required, labor charges, dimensions etc
