What a transformation, car now sparkles like it should of done. Awesome work you and Terry have done. Amazing how new cars can be temperamental, the Ferrari looks terrible. Defiantly in need of the white detail. All that money and the paint work is a right mess.
If there’s one thing I know, it’s that mechanical things break. No matter how much care is taken, sometimes they just fail. Good job keeping your head about you Jim!
@@bmpowellicio They're literally one of the most unreliable car brands lmao. Rated 1/5 for reliability actually - embarrassing. Try not to get too offended ;)
@@davidmihell3611 Yeah my fiancee and sister owned Land Rovers and both cars suffered from consistent DPF filter issues as well as central locking problems. Garbage over-priced cars. So yeah, pipe down buddy. There's nothing in it for you to try defend Land Rover's honor or integrity.
Wonderful as always, had a few moments to relax got to look at some video, in Rome now on the last leg of a Paris, London, Rome holiday with my granddaughter. Aloha Al
Hi Jim just a little tip for you are use a patio cleaner upside down and slide it in and out under the car couple of times a year just to make sure that all the Mack and salt is removed
Jim and Terry...LOVE the videos and the quality of work that you do. What kind of detailing brushes are you using? I would like to pick up a set for myself. Keep up the good work
One starts to worry about burnout, considering the high volume of outstanding work you and Terry turn out, the obvious hours spent, and the additional non-obvious hours spent editing the excellent vlog. Point being, I recently had what we used to call in nuclear power a BFO (blinding flash of the obvious): in between your avidly awaited new posts, I’ve started going years back, to the very beginning of what you’ve been posting, to see what I’ve missed while you’re tending to the multitasking now. Overall, what I learn from the craft, integrity, and quality of what you do reminds me of Robert Pirsig’s note at the beginning of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: “The real cycle you’re working on is a cycle called “yourself”.” And that must be what keeps you going. It is certainly what sets White Details apart from all others.
Great video, Jim. Nice work from you and Terry. The Range Rover looks mega in the finished shots. 👍👍👍I hope you persuade the owner of that gorgeous Ferrari to go for the full WD, it would make for a great video. 😎 One of the directors at my place of work always had a brand new Range Rover every couple of years and he loved everything about them apart from the poor reliability. He now buys Audi as he was tired of making the return journey on a recovery truck.
Next time tell the AA that Terry is the car owner... they're not gonna DNA test him. Oh and you shouldn't use jump leads on modern cars. Slight voltage spike and ECU is toast. (Range rover manual probably warns of this?). Hope this helps.
@Charles Taylor Fair enough, thanks for clarifying. How many people do that proceedure correctly though? And if you were unlucky and the regulator in the other car's alternator was bad... The booster pack is a better option in my opinion. Or better still a voltmeter to check whether it's the battery at fault in the first place (which seemingly it wasn't).
Best 4x4 in the would and on the flip side the worst. Land Rover must improve so much. Wow the difference before and after, but the look at the other car that was being stored was really interesting and just shows the difference between White Detailers and a body shop
Question Jimmy: Why aren't you using an airbrush to coat intricate wheels (as are fitted to the SVR)...? Save fingers, save time, increase quality of results! PS: I spend enough time massaging paint, I don't care to spend much more watching others do it - except for you and Kevin Brown. (Maybe you could fly him out for a video collab sometime, I'd pay for that)
Another great video. I hope you get to work on the Ferrari. Here in Tasmania our AAA is called Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania and they honour other organizations from other countries. And it's the driver that is covered, not the vehicle. So it doesn't matter what car you need help with they will come to you and only for 3 times for the same issue, because you should have had the issue fixed. They will only charge you there and then for 10 litres of fuel.
Superb job , i have a 2013 RRS Santorini Black and i think it looks excellent but i would love it to have a finish like this one . What do you use on the Gloss wheel's ? Do you recommend a lambs wool buffing pad for the final polish as i still can see slight buffing swirls in mine after the Micro fibre wipe down ? .
Brilliant colour from LRJ but not very forgiving. How could you take such a beast thro a mechanical Cash wash went it cost over 120K I will never understand. Great work Guy's.
Hi Jim love the videos. Quick question, I see that when you do the first stage of Devon you use tar but the bottle you use I think is gyeon iron? Is that correct? If so do you use iron as part of the tar or do you pour some tar remover into an old iron bottle? Thanks
Jim, I bet you and Terry had a few undie stains when the Rover wouldn't start😂. Felt sorry for the Mini owner picking up in the rain however it does show the water run off to the owner. As for the Ferrari "just minding it for a few days" why has the "Godfather" tune sprung to mind hahahahahaha wish it was mine though. Another great video 👍
I was going to ask the question about having any difficulties with starting and/or driving the different cars you work on. Not meaning difficult due to something out of your control. Great video.
Hi Jim. Great vid as always. only thing id say is, on your voice over track in post, its a little too high...almost clipping. 3db less be just perfect id say
The most underrated detailing channel on RUclips. Great work as always Jim!!
If that Ferrari owner saw the Range Rover after it was complete, it would be an easy sell for the White Detail I would think.
End result was stunning Jim, well done to you both yet again 👌

Well done JIm. That's some fancy driving
Fantastic work on the SVR Jim.
There should be laws against such cruelty to Ferraris!!
Really bugged that I missed Waxstock and seeing your talk. Keep up the good work, your videos continue to inspire me through these difficult weeks.
Use silicone tape to wrap around the metal parts of brushes. It's waterproof and will provide better protection against scratches.
Thank you so much for the detailed wash video. Loved seeing the dirt glide off the paint!! Very satisfying.
Man if you ever detailed my car I would want you to sign my glovebox.
Amazing ,thanks Jim
That is now one BEAUTIFUL Range Rover!!

Thanks for the footage!
Wow this is stunning work. Beautiful
When I saw you pressure washing the roof I thought...how long till the sunroof leaks...then, it just completely dies. Land Rover quality.
kjs insaino was that the reason?
Stunning job Jim! And that Ferrari is truely awefull :( Hope you may restore it!

Excellent work guys. The results speak for themselves and finally a brand new car is reborn again.....can wait to see the treatment of the ferrari....
I love the white detail videos but I also enjoy seeing these style of videos as well! keep up the good work!
Fyi they are not polished at the factory. They may have dealer prep once delivered but most dealers are franchise so they can have anyone do the work.
That was one buggered Ferrari!

another great job Jim, the Mini and Range Rover are awesome ! About the Ferrari, what a mess !!
That SVR looks so beautiful!!! Great stuff!💪🏾👌🏾
Was waiting for a Range Rover to pull a Range Rover
Another work of art Jim I hope the person that owned the Ferrari seen the footage of his cars paint work it's a disgrace
In perfect Range Rover fashion. 😂😂😂
Very informative - my Jaguar is that same Santorini Black.
6:30 Sometimes a Range Rover just has to be a Range Rover. Great work Jim
How do you know how much to charge each car?
20:36 i think i saw a little scratch there on the range rover. on the reflection of the light :)
Great video Jim how much would it cost for my Rrs

Great work! I have the same car what is that metal stool you use to clean the roof please as i need one. Thx.
I doubt most cars come from the factory looking close to as good as they do after you do your work on the paint.
Where is that elongated step from you use to stand on for doing the roof?
Thanks in advance.

Just seen the use of carbon collective’s platinum wheels... I’ve heard that you can use it on exhaust tips - what’s your view on this?
What is the cost of this please

Its amazing how bad some luxury cars paint is 😮

What a car! 🔥 my dream car!
I need a good paint detail brush
I wouldn’t have felt bad about the owner having to return because his or her vehicle inconvenienced you.
That paintwork is shocking.
well done again. I kept on repeating "oh my god" when you showed the 458 paint condition.
Is your RUPES Bigfoot custom?
Hello mr white love your work with a passion what grade polish do you use for your glass pillow. Your respect is concrete.

I don't know why someone would bother with all of that protection and detailing when that vehicle will literally be in the trash heap in 3-4 years.
Sublime 👌🔥
Looks like it's in gear
Wow 🤩
Thanks!
that poor ferrari, i want to cry
Jim, quick question can I ask what Snow Foam you now use?
Hi Kyle, mainly Auto Foam by Bilt Hamber.
WhiteDetails What was the stuff in the video as it looked purple...
It might be an “off roader” but don’t get the engine bay wet or it will have a shit fit 😁
State of that poor 458 😥
That Ferrari was appalling 😱
Will you ever upload in 4K?
Great result great job, range rover all that money for total unreliability, trust me I have one.
Awesome job fella.
If that was my 458 I'd be gutted.
ps nearly new RR not waking up post wash... dodgy electrics?
I hope the guy with the Ferrari has you detail his car. It looks absolutely awful. How could he stand even drive it.
Derek poor paint or not I think we would both love to own it.
That Ferrari was horrifying! 😡
