Dundee Dialect Guide video

I got talking to some English people while on holiday abroad and we got on to languages and dialects, I was surprised to hear that further north of Edinburgh English people find the different Scottish dialects hard to understand, so I was prompted into writing this poem about 'The Dundee Dialect'

Dundonian accent n dialect is the most beautiful, in my opinion. Wish I stayed when I were there years ago, I left my heart there.
My granda n generations before all from Fauldhouse, Glasgow and Edinburgh, but for me -

My dad is from Dundee he’s lived in England for nearly 30 years but he still has a strong accent however when I go to Dundee and speak to people it can be quite challenging
