Hi guys, Loving your high country series, so refreshing from all the coastal videos that most of the RUclips channels travel along. And you’re taking your time and it is absolutely wonderful to watch. I held my breath when you were on the van to retrieve the drone, thank god it was not up a tree out of reach. I posted some photos of Bob “look alikes” on your Facebook page under mentions, just wondering if you have seen them? Back on the 2nd Jan it was. What great countryside. Cheers
Thanks so much Sharon! Yes we ha e absolutely loved the high country. It has been a very different experience and we have loved the rivers and creeks and greenery! Oh no I haven't seen the pics will go and have a look, must have missed them! Hope you are well and thanksnso mich fornyour comment and support! Have abgreay week ahead!
Love you Sue. Really love your ‘bits’ 😮 and little add ons . Your closers and invites to the next video are Leylandesque . ( not sure if that’s a word lol) If your in south Gippsland there’s a few free nights here to power / water up if you need it.🍷
Thanks so much Mich, ahaha not sure if it's a word but I get it! Really appreciate the support and feedback! Will let you know of we are ever South Gipps way. Have a great week and thanksnfor the kind offer!
Our favourite spot Sheepyard and that area whole area. Many a happy camping trip had there and one of the coldest we’ve ever had and snow in November one year. Stunning spot.
Lovely episode, guys. Btw, people often get confused by the pronunciation of Yea. There’s “Yeah,” which is the informal “yes,” and there’s “Yea,” which is used formally in voting, as in “Yea or Nay.” And then, of course, there’s “Yay,” as in “Yay, Derek and Sue have just uploaded another video.” 😂
That water would have been freezing, a lot braver than me. It’s also great that you show it’s not all roses when travelling although no real, disaster, thankfully. Keep up the good work.
Another great episode guys, Good to know the 79 was sorted easily. Hope the drone is okay 😬 I think YEA is pronounced “YAY”. That how we say it anyway 👍
What a great reminder to check the vehicle over regularly, glad you found the shock when you did. At least the crash on the van and not halfway up a tree! Good recovery.
That's why it's always good to do a walk around Prestart on ya vehicle every morning before you take off , it's mandatory on trucks and machinery before you start them up on a job site or any where , safety always first 😉👍👍your on the ball mate you did well 👌
We tip, buy a paint pen from Bunnings, when ever you remove bolts especially driveline steering or suspension, mark you heads and nuts simple line and you can easily tell if a nut is coming loose, its real simple to do and works a treat, last year I upgraded my control arms, Panhards, drag rods and tie rods, sway bars and marked all and I can instantly tell, lucky nothing has come un done, but I also re check tightened everything a nip after a couple of drives, I haven't used Loctite either, so highly recommend you do this, but anything you replace you should keep an eye on for the first few 100kms ime, cant remember but did you use a torque wrench when you did those bolts up? I always carry 2 with me in my truck, plus a breaker bar! anyways great channel guys, glad ya got it sorted, great service. 🤘
Another great episode, thanks guys. 😊 Just a question Sue, completely off topic lol, I quite liked the look of your bathers do you mind me asking where they were from?
Scared of heights, come with me working at Lot Yang power station, you would of seen it from Heyfield, 10 floors of just grid mat, total height of nearly 500 feet tall.
Great episode guys. been a long time watcher of your channel and absolutely love watching your adventures, especially here in Victoria. Sorry about the weather by the way. These videos are looking so much more professional these days, your really coming into your own as film makers, its great to see. And Sue, more of your narration please, your brilliant at it. Love your work guys, hope to meet you out there one day
Thanks so much for the message and awesome feedback! We really appreciate the support. Ahaha yes I am getting used to the narration, it's a little different but definitely adds another layer to the videos. Hope you ja e a great week and thank you again!
Thanksnso much for the message. We have two pieces of string running the width of the top of the hat tied from the handles in the back-seat. It works a charm! Deryck has an Akubra and I have a Thomas Cook and a Brixton hat.
Yea pronounced Yay! Rhymes with Hip hip hooray !

@@justvanningit come on, it's fun, if you go up the stacks you can see and feel them sway.
I miss day light savings in Victoria. We moved up to Northern Territory, NT doesn’t have day light savings.
Great video. Can i ask what dash pouch have you got? I need one that size 😊
It’s a dash pocket from navigator
@@justvanningit awesome, thankyou 😃

By the way, what are the names of your Akubra hat models?
