Back during the Victorian age women with teeny tiny waists were seen as the epitome of beauty...the corsets they wore were hard made of bone or something and would be constantly tightened to shrink or snatch the waist. However this would result in severe or permanent organ displacement. As far as Keyshia what she is wearing is more of a sweat band you can tell by its construction...so it is possible based on what was said below she may have had an ectomy or removal of some sort....didn’t she admit to getting her butt done?

Yes it is! It is pretty but so is a bigger thicker waist too! And some women are naturally like that and have a small waist when they are skinny they are small in the waist/stomach! I know I used to be before I gained weight! It probably depends on the exercises she does! I used to do all the stomach ab workouts and sit ups and when I was very skinny my waist was tiny! But I always focused on that area mostly when I workout out

I wasn't even that small in high school and I was a size two. My waist was like 25 inches. 23 was probably the SMALLEST and I was 115lbs with all my weight on the bottom (pear shaped). That is insane.
Yeah, it's rib surgery. The funny thing is, people call it "rib removal" surgery, but they don't remove anything. They break the floating rib, and turn it inward so that when it heals, your waist is smaller. It's not done in the U.S. But as long as people wrongly refer to it as "rib removal" Keyshia can keep saying she has all her ribs, as she often does.
