I miss when ro ghoul was just constantly filled with server wars and everything was toxic in early 2020 and late 2019... Now it's mostly just hangout or be teamed on by 10 people lolol
Not really if you join A.T, CCG or any other faction as long as their support or reinforcement channel you will probably see many wars.
Like me I'm a CCG instructor and D2 Aide I see many support call.

well you can start a war sometimes by hitting every max player in the server and let them chase while they hitting eachother but sometimes theres a friendly alliance so..... they start to beat you up cause they teaming till now then hit another new players too joined and do the cycle again

and don't really block because i saw you blocking every single time next to that ginkui afterall like you've gotten 50 ping you can clearly hit others faster beafore they hit you
I'm playing taki usually not blocking on 100 ping cuz i haven't gotten a good connection but 100 is still perfect

Yes kosshi is good if you can aim, even if you can't aim, its huge projectiles can sometimes hit but i suggest getting good at predictions first, its also good for farming (as for counters, in my experience, tatara counters kosshi due to his big easy to hit flames, and his buffed block making it hard for kosshi players to kill and tataras buffed dashing, making them harder to hit)
