I have never used the bubble frosting before...didn't realize it was going to keep growing, and growing and growing...lol. Now they look like the Marshmallow Man from Ghiostbusters! Hahahha
OMG these are so cute! One question: do they need to be fully submerged to activate the bubbling? I saw that yours were bubbling even though the top was above the water, so I wondered if you had put a hole in the bottom part or something to help it along? Thanks! :)
can you please guide how to use the recipe for beginners..? i have no idea how to start calculating the percentage accorting to how much ingredient should i use per recipe \ cauldron..
I have these! So fun!! Can I add color to my "smoke topping"? Also, does the topping get hard? My cauldron bath bombs don't have tops. Super cute idea!!!
There is no direct substitute for the chemical composition, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA). But you can try another surfactant that may give similar results. Or leave it out all together; your cauldron will still fizz.
This is an awesome idea, BUT those of us that are new to this need the recipe in actual measurements, cups, tbsp, tsp, oz heck i can even do grams just not %'s
This was so helpful thank you!!!
glad you are narrating again.
Such a cute idea! Never occurred to me to put a bath bomb in a container. I could see how especially kids would love this. Thank you!
These sold really well in the shop that carried my soap - better than the Halloween soap I came up with. Adults and kids both like the cauldron idea.
Super cute and the perfect way for students to begin to understand chemistry
I love science ♥
So great to see your back, binge watching all your new videos! Have missed seeing you!
Fantastic! Love your ideas and adorable presentations. That is one extra special cauldron of bubbles. Thank you.
i never thought I would want to make a bath bomb before but I cant resist trying this out! thank you so much for sharing!
Yay!
Excellent video I have these cauldrons they’re super cute. Thanks for sharing.😊💐
I loved the video!!! Tempted to make these. However, I still want my pumpkin. Love ya!

How cute!
Can I replace the slsa with epsom? If so will it be the same percentage? Thank you
I use my kitchen aid stand mixer to mix my bath bombs.. put it in there walk off.
Yes, for large batches the stand mixers are a wonderful help.

The water needs to reach the top opening. You can drizzle water on it or submerge it to start the activation.

I have a video for that: ruclips.net/video/6U71m-YExZM/видео.html
Do the dyes prematurely activate the cauldron during drying process. I thought you had to bloom dyes? Thank you
The dyes do not activate the bath bomb, the water does. Blooming dyes is not required rather just a preference for some.
Excuse me , is stearic acid bad for skin ? I want to use it with 5% in my soap .
Stearic acid is a naturally saturated occurring fatty acid that's found in many oils we use in soapmaking.

I just read in the lower comments! I see they do get hard :) will colorants change the recipe too much?
Adding color will be just fine. I would recommend using a water soluble bath bomb dye. They will not float on top of the water the way micas will.
Does the bubble frosting dry hard?
Yes, rock solid.
@@soaping101 😍 thank you!

Is there a sub for slsa?

Grams equal the exact number of %
Darling🥰
