The first captain America movie has a special place in my heart, the last act of the movie was a bit sketchy but that first 70% is top tier beautiful representation of who cap is and why he was worthy of the serum.
Cap really did help me get over this rough mental rut I was having and by showing a little bit of bravery I managed to get up and chase my goals every day. He is more than just a comic book character. Just a man trying to do the right thing.
Having the shield doesn’t make you Captain America, being a super solider doesn’t either, but having the heart of a hero no matter what shows who you can be
