bhai tu bhi un ladko ke tera he mindset kai hai. They had talent and saw stable income of 4-5 lakh but sharks knew that business would be an operational hell.
Saare sharks unse kuch actually needed useful product design karwana chahite the like office cubicle which would result in a huge 100 crore compan easily but vo to apna save working pod ke dhukan chalne se aage he nahe badhe.
These boys have very creative mind but I feel sad when Sharks don't support such young entrepreneurs and only thinks of there benifit... definitely in future they will create something big..god bless them😊!

And also huge amount of money is expense in advertisement if they advertise through other medium. Once they feel that it is best time to give franchise to other person then they will give. Right now there is no such big business that these people cannot handle.

The concept they had come up with is amazing. This technology in India specially in affordable prices is amazing. Loved their concept.
These guys rocked and did everything right, including refusing the deal, they don't really need the money and the sharks were bringing nothing into the deal.
It's rare to get a team which gets the right mix of Software, hardware and electronics right, there's lots of hope for India.

Hats off to these guys. They are really passionate and determined in their original products, air pods.
Kudos to these guys for not selling themselves short and devaluing their equity. These short nap pods are really useful not just at airports but at corporate offices, libraries etc. I remember i paid about 70 euros for 4 hours sleep in a similar kind of pod at an airport in germany when i was really tired and there were no proper chairs, so having such facility at a fraction of cost would be really beneficial for people and can be a great source of revenue.
I used this product at Ahmedabad Airport. Amazing experience. Great product guys.. Keep going. 25% was too high though.

@@Supermanindia98 equity is the amount of share a company owns and has put out for public or investors to buy some shares with some money which the company or owners have decided to sell for which is at most of the times negotiable (for direct investors only not for public, for public they do IPOs over the stock market exchange and the price is set non-negotiable! These share when sold to angel investors are done by direct money, hard cash transactions and for public, the company has to go from PVT. Ltd to Public Ltd and this exchange is done with help of a banking firm and looked over by SEBI)

Actually i am happy that the engineer minds fought till the end. They were humble and had faith in their own. And i am glad they didn't take they offer because sharks were clearly greedy and just focused from business pov. While we all could feel the heart and sweat of the engineer. #youdidgood

What fight? When Ashneer went out of the deal, they started asking for the 20% deal for two sharks. I understand why they were not comfortable with the devaluation, but they should have held their position rather than carrying out such negotiations, which backfired them.

The usage of these sleeping pods is much more than discussed in shark tank. Sometimes I doubt they intentionally don't want to reveal all the aspects or they really aren't aware. I have seen overseas many universities in their libraries, hv made sleeping chambers for power nap. In coming time, not only airports, but offices, libraries etc ll need 'Urban Nsps' kind of facilities.
Shark tank is devaluing and trying to buy the products on unfair n cheapest prices.
Kudos n salute to both of you.

@@DakshSrivastava101 We're (India) a developing country, in the upcoming decade, we'll see considerable development throughout India, and without doubt we will reach somewhere close to Japan, therefore I believe that the product was excellent and 25% was too much too ask for. 10% seemed okay.
@@anshulraman1611 it is good that we compare ourselves to countries like Japan and we export a lot of equipment and technology, but it is very crucial that we realise what our strongholds are and not compete in all categories, as it just leads to being average in everything which kills the prospect of export.

Innovators with a baniya mindset can never grow n would be limited to services rather than product producers . Ashneer was totally correct with saying they got a mindset of building a house n sitting n earning rentals from it. The two had done extremely good designing and engineering but i do see they limited their brain for money . Well best of luck for their future .

To be honest, i am quite fascinated by Japanese concept of power naps and as of now there is no such concept/product in India. Therefore, mad respect for their product what they have created.

I saw there Urban Naps at Ahmedabad Airport. It truly is great if someone wants to take a nap in between connecting flights.
After seeing this i feel like sharks are greedy and when they say "dainsour ka anda" imagine how they feel that time sharks are in show for their benefits,they always they always try to confuse and disactract them, they are so talented i respect them 25% is tooo muchh they deserve better they will do something big in their future 💞✨

Anupam sir suggested that the company could outsource urban naps as a side venture to compensate for the boys' vision of capturing airport markets. Anupam sir could have brought an advantage through his understanding of markets that boys missed out on. This company would have been better off if Anupam sir had been its mentor. They should have negotiated his offer to 50L for 20%E. I wish the boys the best of luck.

I would have flatly said no to the sharks, how can they devalue the offer? Plus it can be huge in the export business cz of low cost of manufacturing. I wonder why haven't they shown these pitches in 1st season? These are more interesting.
Firstly why these was not shown on TV because might they get better investment offers after telecasts and I feel how ashneer and Anupam switch their was something going around theam...
At the end their was so much politics involved in that...
It's because these guys were more focused on services than the product.
Sharks never said to stop production of these pods, they just said to stop the operational services they provided through their pods. All these will save their time and energy to invent a product that has a greater market than these pods which might get restricted to just airports.
