Brought back many memories. My Mom's cousin, now deceased, lived in Rancho Santa Fe. The father of a friend (now broke) lived there. You could meet the retired actor Victor Mature at the post office. The big news was the the Heaven's Gate cult suicides.

@@seven9148 Cost of living with a home that size. In California Between the taxes and utilities. Politicians. Dont get me wrong I love the weather in California and California has alot to afford but I can have the same home in another state with nice weather for 1/3 the cost. There is a reason there is alot of these Millions of dollars home are on the market in California. Wealthy ppl are leaving California . That's my observation.
