@@lukehowell2417 Looks like a gray smooth-hound shark (Mustelus californicus). This is said to be a harmless species with no reported attacks on humans.
A variety of seagrasses could be maintained in the marine tank with some difficulty (in terms of care and availability) and I admit I'm a sucker for marine elasmobranch systems, but a heavily planted tank would fit perfectly with the natural wall behind it!
@Aung Khant Some of them but one of those is the fish that Suction cups to the bottom of sharks (Forgetting its name) They sometimes come into shore but not this shallow. Stingrays are probably fine The sharks depending on the species they might be getting stressed
Personally I wound have made a deeper koi pond with some plant life, and I would have used a more conventional bridge as opposed to stepping stones. Other than that, though, this is very nice.
While small fish may be consumed, many marine aquarium fish are compatible with sharks. Usually, it's the other way around, with certain fish like puffers, triggerfish, and angelfish causing blindness in captive sharks by pecking at their eyes. Larger remoras can also cause stress in sharks by constantly staying attached to them.
The two elasmobranchs visible in the tank are the: Round stingray (Urobatis halleri, max length: 58.0 cm/23 in) Gray smooth-hound (Mustelus californicus, max length: 124.0 cm/49 in)
It is possible for remoras to survive in captivity without a host, though I hear this may lead to stress. On the other hand, the continual attachment of a remora (especially with large remoras) to its host can lead to the host becoming stressed as well.

Love the $30 lawn chair in the $200,000 garden installment
who tf told you this cost $200000??

But sir this chair is online for 599$

Needs to be deeper but looks great
They’re all bottom dwelling fish who would stay at the bottom regardless of depth.
I don’t like how one can accidentally step in it though.
@@gujwdhufjijjpo9740 it has stepping platforms
Yeah those fish don’t really need much depth they care about horizontal space which they have plenty of

Go back to school you baby
I have never seen anything like this , very beautiful 😍
Looks amazing
That's on a whole other level of what you call a pond.... That's amazing!!!
Having stingrays in a pond that can easily be stepped in sounds like a recipe for disaster
I’d be more worried about the shark looking thing
@@lukehowell2417 Looks like a gray smooth-hound shark (Mustelus californicus). This is said to be a harmless species with no reported attacks on humans.
There's a platform for you to walk on, your logic here is more disaster.
Who walk into the pond to the platform that have chair on it?
@@lukehowell2417 sharks are harmless
Those are tiny
Goals but I’d prefer a freshwater pond with lots of plants!
Yea easier to take care of

Forget one thing? That stingray and shark can more bigger. . it's that your pool had enough tho?
You think they just have one pool?
Bro the fish are still babies
I’m pretty sure there fully mature.
Where could I see more of this?
Want to be sitting in that chair watching the fish gently swimming around ... very soothing.
Can’t wait to see when they’re all grown in 3 months 😂

I’d love a setup like this, but with a large school of corydoras, a couple fancy goldfish, and maybe some rainbow shiners.
I'd love one for some pygmy corydoras!
