My brother Craig Gutteridge was a massive fan of this band. He loved them so much! Sadly, he had a disease called Muscular Dystrophy, and he passed away May 19th. Me and him were really close, and at the funeral, he requested before when we were talking about death, that he had the song 'Fiction' played at his funeral. He was eager to have it. And he did. I'm not trying to seek attention as all, but I just really wanted to post something about him on the A7X page! Craig was an absolute inspiration! No other metal band writes melodies quite like A7X does. Definitely one of the greats of the genre.

My mom died of cancer 4/8/13 and A7X was her favorite band and this is the song I listen to to remember how much she loved me and my siblings. Sounds dramatic to a stranger but thank you A7X for giving me this piece of my mom to listen to when I need it.
I'm so sorry for your loss..I lost my mum to cancer on 09-03-2016...knowing we are outside of Thanksgiving it hurts more than ever!!!! Sending you hugs!!!

Avenge, you might not read this but this song has helped me through a lot recently. My little brother commited suicide last year. This song along with pretty much all your other ones are just perfect. They always seem to make me feel better when i start to head down a darker path. I know you guys probably dont listen but I want to thank you!

The part after the solo when Shadows belts, "so what if i never hold you or kiss your lips again!" Gives me chill bumps! U can feel the desperation in his voice of losing that person you really love forever.

When I was growing up, the only time I ever really listened to music was in the car, and Avenged Sevenfold was one of the bands that my mom played quite often, especially this song.
Today I had it on repeat on my way home from work.
Reminds me of the good old days when my life was much simpler.
This is an odd inspiration but reading this makes me want to say I love you and you’re awesome and you’re kickin lifes ass. I don’t create the inspiration to say random things but I sure listen when I get them. Give your awesome mom a hug too. The world needs more

My aunt use to play this in her car when I was little. She absolutely LOVED Avenged Sevenfold, it was her favorite band. She died when I was 8, RIP. These songs also remind me of easier, happier times when I was little. Life is just so hard sometimes. Everything about it😥

the guitar solo by Syn is the best solo and one of the best things I've ever seen in my life. I can't understand why A7x was not popular like Linkin Park. A7x is the most underrated rock band ever.
