Unboxing of my new Yaesu FT-65E handheld ham radio transceiver. It is a 144/440 MHz dual band radio with 0.5/2.5/5 W of output power and wide FM receive.
It's a 2m/70cm dualband amateur radio. Max output power is 5 W. I am pretty happy with the performance over the years. A bigger antenna might help in some cases, but the stock antenna is usually good enough

@@mertklck yes, for me it is more than enough. There is even a bigger battery pack available. I have it as a spare when hiking, just in case.
