Excellent review. I appreciate the balance and perspective of a seasoned filmmaker, who also happens to be a video blogger, and not a video blogger who also happens to dabble in film.
This is such a complete GH6 review, I learned a lot from it (and I have already watched +20 of them). So congratulations and keep up the good quality content. 💪🏻
As someone who primarily shoots stills on full frame DSLRs (and also loves vintage manual focus glass), this is the first camera geared more towards cinema/video that I've found appealing: the stabilization, boosted dynamic range, and impressive in-body recording capabilities really stand out. No need to buy an external recorder, no need to change my visual style from my high DR photography, and all of this in a compact and very reasonably-priced package. I wasn't planning on buying a dedicated cinema/video camera this year...but now I'm considering it. Thanks for the great video. Wonderful work as always, both visually and technically.
Yeah but the Pocket 4K does this and more. You dont get internal stabilisation but when was that ever a deal breaker in filmmaking?? The GH6 is too videoy for me.
There are D-tap to USB adapters that have an integrated dongle for PowerDelivery compatibility. I use one to run my S1H off of V-Mount batteries over USB, which will CHARGE the internal battery as opposed to slowly draining it. I find that better, because the internal battery can keep the camera powered and recording while I swap V-Mounts, which is something impossible when using a dummy battery.
This is BY FAR, thee absolute BEST review of the GH6 (which doesn't surprise me because this channel always puts out excellent content), especially because its from a filmmakers perspective which is who this camera is for. I get why some RUclipsrs don't like it as they are in front of the camera and thus rely on AF and/or brand bias, but if you're behind the camera and need pro level specs with a good amount of versatility and at a budget when compared to buying a proper cine camera, then this is it. In the end, as you state, the audience won't care what camera you used, story/content is king so these are all just different tools for different work. Thank you for making great videos!
Thanks a lot man! AF is totally fine for things where one wants auto focus… like for vlogging. The talkies of this episode are filmed using AF on a BS1H. GH6 is at least just as good. GH6 is a fine tool for almost everything. My pleasure!
I literally bought this camera after seeing this video the day I discovered it on youtube and since I use it I am the happiest filmmaker in the neighborhood, using anamorphic lenses natively this camera has made me earn more money than any other in the past, I always used full frame until I knew the speed of the sensor of this camera at 300 fps, you are the best youtube channel, I am a super fan of what you do.
Thanks a lot man… appreciated. Well, it is a small niche and we do special things within that niche. There are more important things than subscribers. We already count as an important channel in the industry - that is something
The dynamic range boost and Dual IS combo is game changing. All the internal recording options is also insane. Leave it to the GH line on continuing to be the benchmark for what mirror-less DSLRs can do. Was hoping to find a run n' gun variant that could keep up with the BMPCC 4k and I believe this is it. As much as I love my S5, I'm pretty sure I'm going to sell it to get the GH6. Also, spectacular break down as always. This channel deserves more views and recognition.
Damn, now I'm debating this vs. the Pocket 6k Pro. Kind of wish I could sell the Pocket 4k for the Pocket 6k Pro and also have a GH6 for travel content and photos, then I'm set. Tough call. Hard to give up braw and more DR though.
@@MediaDivision Also want to say that your coverage of it is exactly what I needed to see. Watched several other channels' reviews that are mainstays for camera coverage and only yours had the focus on cinematic use, upsides without the empty hype, and downsides with caveats that make me realize maybe that tiny bit of extra dynamic range in the BMPCC cameras isn't worth the hassle at times, even if I also shoot with mostly Leica R glass lately. Fantastic review, as usual. Really, REALLY appreciate the filmmaker perspective vs the amateur RUclipsr who cares little about how a filmmaker uses a camera…so long as it has advanced auto focus they are happy. Looking forward to more content.
This is a must to watch analysis for any Lumix MFT user. All chapters are sincere and honest, what is what a user would desire of a professional consultant
@@MediaDivision let me extend my comment and appreciation. I bought my GH6 some months ago as I am an enthusiast videographer but not professional so I had to adjust my budget by buying a not so recent camera. I watched so many videos on RUclips to check the features of the GH6. So I have to say that till watching your video I didn't find such a comprehensive analysis of the pros and cons of the camera in a technical and practical use. In particular I found a very familiar approach to the autofocus chapter in which I listened too much to what it would be desirable for a videographer about a camera performance could offer in this matter. Many people say that they turn to manual focus at filming but in the other hand, sometimes is so difficult to keep the focus by manual adjustments in dynamic recordings I where the subject is moving fore and backward and at the same time you have to keep an eye on the general scene. How do you handle this situation? It seems to be that this forces so much the cameraman to be a master at moving the ring so much... Do you have any other suggestions about this? Did you discovers better settings for AFC in GH6? Thanks so much best regards

A delight to watch, as always. I'm glad the S5 got an honorable mention as it's my camera. Your comment about manual focusing to create an authentic story is great advice.
Thanks hummus! Yes... but , the bad AF of the GH4 and GH5 really helped me to become a good puller.... and that is better than any AF. Positive thinking.
@@MediaDivision indeed peo video doesnt use af. And gh6 af is still the best of lumix, for instance, I find the s5 af quite nice actually, and gh6 is better than that.
highly coincidental that yesterday I was researching for alternatives to Sony a73. then discovered Panasonic s5. now 2022/02/22 1030 Caleb, anamorphic on budget and you MD are reviewing this legacy camera. I believe this is calling for me to shift to Panasonic. I have been searching for upgrade from canon r to hybrid camera with 4k beuacse people push me to make videos. more I learn about video cameras. lead me to you MD. you are reason why I appreciate contax 1.7 and bought canon fd 50. please do keep educating the youth.
The GH6 has a lot of really unique specs. I still think the A7S3 is the top mirrorless camera to beat for film focused camera buyers. It simply has the best AF, full frame, high ISO, and some of the best back-end workflow with a well known gamma. It still has more DR than the GH6 despite its dual-gain sensor. But if you want to play around with anamorphic, need extra resolution, etc then Panasonic is intriguing (being on MFT after FF feels super bad to me, but some don’t see that as a problem). Personally I wouldn’t consider Panasonic unless you’re planning on investing in their larger ecosystem. Such as a Varicam. Otherwise when building up the FX6 and C70 are just so strong it makes the lower end options from other brands look way less compelling. In other words it’s not just about ‘a’ camera. It’s how it fits into a larger ecosystem. For the Media Division, they also shoot on an EVA1. It makes a lot of sense for them as a part of their camera package. EDIT: My feelings are more or less confirmed after watching Gerald Undone's quick review. Sony has much better DR, frame size, AF, and noise/iso performance. 4k 120 out of the A7S3 will have better DR as well, as the dual gain on GH6 has to be disabled in that mode. Panasonic's big advantages will be having all of the internal video assist features. All of the different anamorphic desqueeze options. It will have better IBIS and combinations with IS. When it comes to external recording, the A7S3 is still ahead there as the 16-bit RAW output allows for 12-bit LOG-RAW. The GH6 only allows for 12-bit linear RAW. It's a huge data difference. Internal recording I'd say they're mostly equal. Although the GH6 has higher bitrates (internal ProRes), the A7S3 has more compressed codecs (all-intra h.265). So the GH6 will be easier to decode out of the box, but in terms of preserved data, I'd say it's equal. Obviously the resolution nod goes to the GH6, but I would prefer the higher DR out of the A7S3.
Wow what a great intro. I had to scroll down and check the channel name because I thought this was an official video made by Panasonic. Thanks a lot for this review. I will definitely check out more stuff from this channel!
i have my GH6 for two weeks now. The experience is similar with my 5 years old GH5, but double the fun and enjoyment (get it?). i confidently able to use that in low-light environment more often. Shame that they don't include dual native like the gh5s or S1h. Otherwise, a great camera to use for another 5 years.
I was really on the fence about this camera and doing a lots of research heavily leaning towards the Sony A7SIII but, after this... I think I've made mine future purchase decision and I can't thank you enough for how informative you made this entire video. Thank you for the inspiration 🙏
The right tool for the right job! Only you can decide. Hope you will be happy with your new camera and you can shoot something amazing. Thanks for your kindness and for watching
This is the first time I watch a video from your channel. Amazing review. I watched lots of videos but this is the only one that answer all the questions I had. Beautifully filmed and edited. Thank you very much.
Superb review 👍 GH5 & GH6 side by side comparisons with identical scenes is much appreciated. Excellent presentation skills and production quality. Thank you 😊
I remember the first project i shot with the gh6, an industrial video with hard conditions of lighting and difficult access (climbing, tunnels...). Mostly shot on mft primes (laowa 7.5 f2 , leica 15/1.7 25/ 1.4 and 35-100 2.8, The footage turned out incredible, and the compactness and stabilisation of this camera allowed shot that would have been just impossible with a bigger camera. Now i shoot also with s5 mk2 when i need AF/ tiny dof/low light... Trying prores raw for the next big project hopping itll bring something...
Love your videos as always Nikolas! This is my favorite review I’ve seen of the upcoming Panasonic GH6 and your samples have been very informative and also inspiring. I’ve used Canon for a while, but my goodness, its great how many video features Panasonic provides.
I definitely missed “the beauty of nature” on my initial watch through! 🤣🤣🤣 This monster camera is now living on Crane 3S modified Float rig. Such an incredible combination!
Thank you SO much for the review! Hacked GH2 user here, planning to buy a GH6. I've read that GH6 is not good performing in low light. Until now, I have been happy with the low light results with my GH2+ Neat Video. Is the GH6 worse than a hacked GH2 in low light? If anyone knows, the information would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Sure thing… I never had a GH2 but GH1 and GH4. The GH6 outclasses older GH in low light hands down. But… if you want stellar low light… no MFT can mess with a S5 mk2… price wise, they are not that far apart. May be worth a thought. If you are invested into MFT… GH6 is surely a massive and overdue jump for you.... in EVERY regard.
I don't know… I don't have a Pocket 4K. The GH6 has obvious practical advantages: better DR, stabiliser, lightweight codecs, open gate, better fps, AF… that list would go on for a while. Nothing against the Pocket 4K, I like it, but these are very different cameras for different jobs.
Nice review. I use focal reducer adapters for vintage lenses on GH5 - results are insanely sharp and fast, only thing you can't do is wide angle. I want to see the price of the GH6 and CF cards drop before I will consider upgrading.
Thank you… why can’t you do wide angle. 15mm CZ with f0.7 booster works fine for 10mm wide angle. 12mm is wide enough for MFT, so my 12-35 or 18-35 + booster do the job
❌❌❌ Great Video mate 👍🏻 I am sticking with my GH5M2. There is not enough upgrades in the GH6 and the pulsating and focus issues STILL. Plus the GH5M2 $2100 AUD & GH6 $3,600 AUD (body only with both prices) 🫵🏻😎👍🏻 Cheers from Western Australia 🇦🇺 ✌🏻
Thank you… I think that 5.7K is plenty for everything. 13stops are a lot for MFT. Can you do better… sure… in such a usable package at that price… hardly
I wish Panasonic would produce more accessories. The XLR adaptor was great, but no audio meters and no h/p output. There could be a range of larger eyecups. Nikon just released a handgrip with Arri rosette, it has a ton of functions. One is left searching for add-ons that almost always leave one wanting more.
… than let's hope they will read this. I kind of doubt it thought. Besides, any company makes exactly what makes sense in the economic balance of things. I don't expect to man super professional accessories as the GH lineup is in the prosumer field of things… I am very happy that you do get a lot of clearly professional things like XLR at all.
We are always here man… always woking on stuff. Besides the pandemic, a Lumbago, a cold, horrible customers, and a war at my doorstep… just great ;-) Much better than those poor people on the other side of that step. Thanks a lot for your support Ferhat!
I have heard a lot of pointless, misguided observations about this camera but I should have come to your (as always) spot-on review first. Media Division is one of the few channels on RUclips who have a clue.
Thanks a lot Dough… we do what we can because we are to stupid to do anything else ;-) Thank you for your support and having a big heart for fellow nerds.
Good job Nicholas we have about the same subscribers does look like I’m gonna get the GH6 to upgrade from my GH5, I won’t sell the GH5 it’s still a fantastic B cam but I also keep an S5 for night shots
A friend tell me why gh6 does not give information in the shadows on the video, compared to the panasonic s5. How is this explained? Yes, it gives the best resolution, but even with the boost mode, there is no information in the shadows
Give it more light… with more light or a faster lens. Remember that it has almost the same resolution as a s5 and therefor pixel that are a quarter of the size. Whatever I shoot, there is plenty of "information in the shadows"
@@MediaDivision but after all, the number of photons captured by both large and small sensors is the same. Since the intensity with which this light shines is the same on the mic and on the full frame. I found this video ruclips.net/video/6_b-VaeOg88/видео.html but for some reason there are no shadows in the bushes on the mic anyway!Yes, the pixels are larger, but the total amount of light per square millimeter of the matrix is the same on the full frame and on the mic. Perhaps the fact is that a small sensor stretches its image 2 times more compared to a full frame and details are lost during an equivalent comparison?
A 50mm f/2.8 on a 6K fall frame transmits exactly 4x the amount of light that a 25mm f/2.8 lens on 6K MFT does. Spot illumination of both f2.8 is the same, but that spot contains 4x more pixels on MFT in this example… meaning that every pixel gets a quarter of the light . You would need a 25mm f/1.4 to match the FF system in terms of light per pixel
@@MediaDivision I did some shoots and it looks nice, one question here about the variable frame rate, if I shoot in C4K 60P with 120 VFR, which slows the motion by 50%, but usually I should set my shutter to twice of the fps but in this case what is my fps? 60 or 120? should I set to 1/120s or 1/240s?, I feel 1/240s is not achievable most of the time. TY~
No, sorry, Panasonic didn't give us one to test before the announcement. Now, that meadow has been grazed to much to make a production like this worth our time. Sorry. Personally, I moved to the S5IIx and looking forward to a future high end release of Panasonic.
Great review, as usual. I have enjoyed my Panasonic cameras (GH4, GH5, EVA1 and S1H ) for quite a while, so I'm pleased to see what the GH6 has to offer. For anyone with an investment in MFT lenses, the GH6 is a very viable upgrade or fantastic additional camera. Q: What is that crazy spark thrower shown in the slow motion shots?
Thanks man. As valid and as on point as you can say it Dave. Thats simple free fireworks you can get on Amazon www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07FF5KC4D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The stabilization and recording modes on the GH6 looks amazing. I am curious about the dynamic range boost, why not choose, for example, 400 and 2000 ISO for the dual gain output to get even more dynamic range? Is there any hardware limitation or other reasons why other dual gain options are not available?
I don't know… I am not a sensor designer, but I guess it not possible to set native ISO that far apart (no sensor does). Maybe it ha to do with photo ability, too. No hybrid camera carrie a sensor designed for the task of filming in focus.
I love this channel it's very inspiring. Do you have any videos featuring Sony cameras like the A7Iii, A7iv those are the cameras and own and would love to see them put through your paces. Keep up the great work.
Thanks a lot. Sorry, no… I never owned a Sony camera. My Mavo LF and the S Lumix use Sony sensors (to my knowledge) from the same Sensor family the ones you named. In the end, the camera matters little. It is how you shoot and how you process your footage that matters. Nothing I ever done couldn't be done with a A7III, a Pocket 4K or a GH6 for that matter… except super high speed fps and experimental stuff of course. Practicality matter a lot!
Hey mate - you say you would rather choose a full frame camera because you use vintage lenses = what about just using a focal reducer to get the vintage lenses on the MFT?
Yes… not that you can't use a speedbooster but Full Frame gives you more of the image than even a XXL version. There is no 0.5x focal reducer and it wouldn't be a good idea optically. If you build sets for MFT/Booster, you have to consider different focal lengths. All good if you play around, but for serous sets/work I wouldn't lock myself in in such a way. In the end you will always use different formats at the same time.
@@MediaDivisionthanks heaps, I haven't had much of an opportunity to use full frame, so I thought it would take someone with your experience to know the difference. Thanks for explaining it.
The bestre view I can get for this is "meh". It's better than the gh5, at least. After the gh4, I wanted to get the gh5, but the ibis was a no-go. So, I thought about the gh5s, but it was such a minor upgrade and stripped some other options. The gh6 offers a bit more, but is still missing SDI, still has ibis... blackmagic made the consumer space so hard for the gh series. Hell, they made it hard for the pro space as well!
fair enough… but the Pocket 4K and even 6K are so different in their use case. If you put me in a war zone or a jungle, the Gh6 is the obviously better choice being more versatile with light weight codecs, less power hungry, super slow mo, stabiliser, AF… you name it.
As always simply the most technically proficient, stylistically confident, charming insightful and honest review you will ever see. Thank you so much.

So the GH6 will be easier to decode out of the box, but in terms of preserved data, I'd say it's equal. Obviously the resolution nod goes to the GH6, but I would prefer the higher DR out of the A7S3.
Glad we are of help Hsuman! Always trying to educate and entertain... and improve our selves
Wow what a great intro. I had to scroll down and check the channel name because I thought this was an official video made by Panasonic. Thanks a lot for this review. I will definitely check out more stuff from this channel!
Thanks a lot Lynus… appreciated. Very happy to have you around. Check out our "epic episodes". As nerdy as it gets ;-)
This is the single GH6 review that I needed. Thanks!
Thanks Katie… I am all for it! It i our pleasure
Probably one of the best reviews I've ever watched!
Thanks a lot man… glad you enjoy. O bet you would love our more experimental stuff like our f0.7 episode
i see media division video, i click and watch.
We are all for it… glad you enjoy!
Always some of the best reviews on RUclips.
Thanks man… wait… "some of the" ??? Darn… need to work harder… can't rest until everything else is a joke of a whisper in comparison ;-)
I still can't get over how good your intro is
Thanks a lot… it was quite a bit of conceptual work plus of course, it would have been impossible without The Marmalades motion control system SPIKE.
This is the most useful review of the gh6. Thank you.
our pleasure Andre... happy you think so
i have my GH6 for two weeks now. The experience is similar with my 5 years old GH5, but double the fun and enjoyment (get it?). i confidently able to use that in low-light environment more often. Shame that they don't include dual native like the gh5s or S1h. Otherwise, a great camera to use for another 5 years.
Totally agree!
Thank you, I will be buying this camera in a few months.
With pleasure! Enjoy ;-)
When Media Division makes a video on a topic or product, you know it's going to be the definitive video on that topic or product on the internet.
Thanks Dude……… I wish everybody knew and/or would think the same.
Had to watch this twice. Superb video. Thankyou. Always made with grace. ( Looks at my GH5 that I did nothing with as always, been too busy! )
Thanks a lot Bernie. Yeah… I know the problem ;-) Thank god it is my job to use these babies
Your videos are always incredible creative, honest and fun to watch. Thank you for the effort you spend here.
Totally my pleasure Peter... thanks you for your kindness and for being around
What an amazing review. Extremely unique way to share your ideas. Bravo
Thanks Gabby… glad you think so.
The best GH6 review by far! Kudos!
Thanks Mahdi… I wish more would feel that way ;-)
Another masterpiece Media division, to me , the best content of that sort on RUclips, as I am aware of !
Thanks Bernard... always trying. Not to shabby yourself ;-)
I’m mostly shooting on a Komodo now, but I still have my trusty Gh5. This honestly tempted me to pick up a Gh6 for travel. Haha Good work!
Thanks man! I get you… I usually shoot on BS1H or MAvo LF… but this one is soooo tempting as a compact "on the go" cam
Confirming what all have said already, excellent quality review.
You should have watched this one first ;-) thanks man!!!
This is the first time I watch a video from your channel. Amazing review. I watched lots of videos but this is the only one that answer all the questions I had. Beautifully filmed and edited. Thank you very much.
Thanks a lot Javier… very happy it was good and helpful for you. It is rare that we do reviews, but I'm still if it has educational value beyond that.
Great work Sir @ Media Division, technically precise as usually. Looking forward for next one.
Thanks a ton Jan… and thank you so much for your support. We salute you!!!
A superb review, both in production and content. True professionals at work.
Thanks a lot Andrew.... appreciated
Thank you for another typically fantastic video! Amazing work as always. Packed with info and oh so cinematic!
Thanks a lot Kagan… appreciated!!!
Really enjoyed the professional review. GH5 lover and I am thinking about pulling the trigger for the GH6. Such good information and footage.
Thanks a lot for watching… very happy to be of help!
First time on your channel this is probably one of the best reviews on gh6 ..
Glad you think so! . If you like our way of doing things, check out our other stuff… we love to go waaay beyond gear reviews.
Best GH6 review I've ever seen. thank you for such quality content.
Thanks man… "ever" in the last 30 days. That is the shortest ever … ever ;-))) Glad you enjoy and thank for hanging
Actually this camera is the follower of the GH2 with the essence of beauty and texture that characterized the GH2. Beautiful image ! , thank you
Amazing review. Might be the best review I’ve ever seen. 👍
Very glad you feel that way Mark. Appreciate the comment!! Spread the word ;-)
What a camera and what a video...
Thanks.
Thanks a lot... and thanks for hanging
Superb review 👍 GH5 & GH6 side by side comparisons with identical scenes is much appreciated. Excellent presentation skills and production quality. Thank you 😊
Thanks Coby... glad you enjoy!!
The stabilization in the GH5 is already AMAZING so...if they improved it even more in the GH6 then.....I'm SOLD !
It definitely is improved… enjoy ;-)
This review looks more like a documentary. Very well done.
Thanks a lot… we are hoping to meet and exceed the high expectations of fellow filmmakers!
Thanks a lot Nick… yes, thats exactly where the GH lineup always shined… it is a hybrid camera made for people that are serious about filmmaking.
I definitely missed “the beauty of nature” on my initial watch through! 🤣🤣🤣
This monster camera is now living on Crane 3S modified Float rig. Such an incredible combination!
Cool… enjoy your little monster
@@MediaDivision thank you! Already am and so are my clients! 👹
This is the best review I've yet seen of the GH6. Brilliantly done.. newly subscribed.
Thank you… nice to have you around. Watch out epic episodes… much more work goes into that.
How does this compare to the black magic cameras, especially with Juan Meleras P4k2Alexa lut
Fantastic Nikky ! Superb video as always
Thanks a lot Bernard.... many night... many nights
@@MediaDivision I totaly imagine yes !!
@@MediaDivision Thanks man I will look into that, cheers!
Cheers iSpike… totally get it. Money is always a factor
You guys really love that tunnel.
It looks great on camera and is free to use… so, yes…. We used it twice
@@MediaDivision I watch your brilliant videos multiple times, so that’s created the illusion you hang out there constantly. Sorry! :D
Excellent video. For the product, 13 stops (in real rather 12.5) of dynamic range and 25 Mpx in 2022 is like a return to 2018…
Thank you… I think that 5.7K is plenty for everything. 13stops are a lot for MFT. Can you do better… sure… in such a usable package at that price… hardly
As always, outstanding video, great test shots, amazing presentation. Thank you!
Thanks a lot Erwick! Appreciated! Totally our Pleasure and thanks for hanging
Hold on I need to grab me some popcorn for this 😁
lol same thing i said, this is gonna be good.
@@tenslider6722 even tho I don't have much interest for this camera, his videos are just that good.
Enjoy!
I will buy one of the two: Panasonic GH6 or the Olympus OM 1 i still wait to see tests like yours to buy one
Hope this one was helpful Caius!
Here we go. Best review out. Well done.
Thanks man… glad you think so. Always trying to get the definite one out… wish more would feel that way.
long time no see ma man. hope you guys are doing great.
Great camera, great video and Hamburg is a great place to shoot!
Thanks… I wish we where somewhere more "cinematic" ;-)
I love your video my goodness. Thank you! Can't wait for the g10
;-) thanks a lot man… really appreciated. If you want to stick around THAT long……… I am all for it
Excellent work. loved the review.. 😍
Thanks man.... appreciated
I know i will not be buying a GH6 for some time, I am here to watch a beautiful movie as usual.
... I am all for it ;-) thanks man
I'm not even interested in the camera. Just stayed for the amazing work on this video review itself. Kudos.
I am all for it ;-) Thanks Polyfission
Good job Nicholas we have about the same subscribers does look like I’m gonna get the GH6 to upgrade from my GH5, I won’t sell the GH5 it’s still a fantastic B cam but I also keep an S5 for night shots
Thanks guys… If you plan to use the Dynamic Range Boost outside (like you surely do) ND filters are essential as you can't shoot below 2000ISO
Thank you for this professionnel review, but what do you prefer as Dynamic Range and color wize the Gh6 or Lumix S5 ? Thank You
Our pleasure Hasan. In that regard I prefer S1H (presuming S5 is the same?) still, GH6 is so much better in other fields.
@@MediaDivision thank you
Amazing production as always. Thank you so very much
Totally my pleasure Sean… thank YOU!
nice
i have my bmpcc4k and love it, never going back from RAW
Working as a pro for a while... I don't need RAW. Would be nice to have it to safe a bit on disk space over a 444 ProRes.
This is a film level review, keep it up guys!
Thanks Cody... will try
@@MediaDivision I bought the GH6 right away after watching this film review.
Nice… hope you create something awesome with that. It is in your 🙌… literally ;-)
TY~
Who better to review this than you guys. Still not showing up in my timeline but on my subscription page.
Thanks Donovan… we came full circle… GH4 vs GH5 was our first channel video. What a ride.
What can I say… the ways of RUclips are mysterious
Finally another awesome video😀
Thansk… so many in the pipe
Is any GH7 review will be conduct ? i am waiting for the best review of this camera
Thats simple free fireworks you can get on Amazon

Great vid always mate. Noice camera
Cheers… appreciated. It is ;-)
The stabilization and recording modes on the GH6 looks amazing.
I have a GH5II because of my love of anamorphic shooting. The GH6 looks really good; I just need to save my boxtops to be able to afford it! :0)))
Recently got an old Alexa XT for the same reason… so I know the problem on a slightly larger scale ;-)
Thank you for a great in-depth look!
Totally our pleasure… thanks for watching!
Man what a review! Nice work
Thanks ... glad you enjoy
@@vanzetti7 always...every format has up and downsides
I hope Lumix brings full sensor 4:3 at 50P or even 100P, would love that for multi aspect edits...
Großartiges Review! Vielen Dank!
Immer sehr gerne… danke fürs dabei sein!
