Nadia I've only recently come across you. As a life long fan of the great Scottish harp duo Sileas you won't be surprised how much I admire your wonderful musicianship. It just goes to show beautiful Gaelic Celtic music transcends nationalistic barriers. Bravo and warmest compliments to you. And by the way you have the most beautiful hands I've ever been privileged to watch play a harp. They are an absolute delight like you are.

You really look like You could be a Queen ! The way You sit , such poise , a soft breeze of Grace with every stroke , every pluck punctuated with fervent passion , and The Stoic yet Enchanted Beauty that shines from Your face , well if I were a King I'd give Everything , just to kiss That Face. 😱😁⏳✌🎸

Wishing you a beautiful day as well!

I am Dutch...I am so sorry for our unimaginative stamppot kitchen😭 I don't even eat this a lot, Once in a blue moon perhaps if its really cold out side....but nowadays there are more variations, the dishes got modernized. And Dutch people today like to cook more foreign dishes. And I think that chinese-indonesian food ( take away ) should also be mentioned. A thing that grew since the 1950's...
here food was always something so that you could stay alive. Had nothing to do with just enjoying life.( On sunday and holidays it had to be special though). So it had to be practical; One pot dishes. Like for instance "Kruudmoes" in the Summer is made with buttermilk, barley, brown beans, sausage, smoked porkbelly, mintleaves and raisins. Cooling and filling, for the hard labour on the farm ....
Hagelslag is not a childhood thing we eat this all the time ! Hagelslag on beschuit ( say this when you are english😂) is very enjoyable with a cup of tea! Or white bread with a cookie called speculaas and real butter....and so on ....😊
