I made the mistake of standing my ground and decided to tackle the situation there and then. The Police took the side of the aggressors as I naively admitted what I did. The Police have a job to do and are not on your side they do not care who is right or wrong they are more interested in the easy conviction. Fortunately after a week in the Crown Court and a good barrister I good community service but still had to spend time on remand. The experience showed me that the system although corrupt can work but evil is the man who holds the key to another mans freedom.
They can identify by gait ( walking ), height, clothing. Put it all together it's enough to take to court if they are part of a investigation. The charges at court would be seen as aggravated leading to a higher sentence
