No, akuma has always been better in every game. That never made people not play Ken and ryu because most people don’t have the skill to properly play akuma. All the DR and neutral skipping players will just get blown up using akuma.
Honestly looks like each of them will still get a lot of play. Ryu is being buffed again, ken will probably be toned down a bit but still solid, and akuma will be the best hard to get into. Should be a healthy balance
People say this every sf game and the results are always the opposite. Like fchamp says, his health and technical requirements scare off most players. Players would rather play it safe.

Doubt it. Akuma health will be an issue for most. Ryu buffs should make him a better character. Ken will always be Ken.
