- In this video, we install Foster's Texas Speed Long Tube Headers on his 2015 S550 Mustang GT. On top of the new headers, the setup consists of the Roush X-Pipe and Kooks Muffler Delete. Up next will be an install of a brand new upgraded Intake manifold from a 2018 S550 Mustang.

Should fit! Not an expert but I’d assume all headers would fit up to general x pipes

Did the headers come with front and rear O2 sensor extensions or just for the long tubes and not off-road pipes?
Yes, the extensions were very nice in their production quality. And no they didn't have the off-road x pipe in stock or I would've gotten it

Where there any issues with header install at all? There seem to be people having issues with steering shaft clearance on drivers side and rubbing on passenger side. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks

The owner has had no problems since install, only disconnecting the steering shaft and removing the motor mounts during install were necessary for smooth installation

Just installed mine today and they do indeed rub both the steering shaft and passenger side chassis. Making some clearance for both tomorrow or at least attempting to. These headers are damn near impossible to dimple once installed. Hoping to get them as hot as possible and see if they have some give.
@@doeboii23 What year is your car? That's brutal bro...there seems to be so many mixed reviews with these, some people have painless installs and some people have nothing but problems.... unreal..hope it works out for you bro!

you leave the car stock to inspect it, install mods, enjoy car for 1 year, put it back to stock to get inspected 😂
or find someone willing to risk their state inspectors license to inspect your car

Below 2200 rpm is very droney. But above that its not terrible for being straight piped with long tubes

Hey been looking to get some, but i wanted to know if there is any kind of tune that will allow the car to pass emissions test.?
Yes. A header install requires you to get a tune for the car to even run properly. One you have aftermarket headers, I forget which code it is but it's gonna throw a code that your tuner will have to tune out. Basically the tune will tell the car not to look for the code so the car won't worry about it anymore. A reputable Mustang tuner will know all about it so no need to worry.
I have my tune through Lund and it passes emissions tests perfectly. Just tell your boy to not do a visual inspection haha 😎
This doesn’t work anymore.. hasnt for the last year or so. None of the big tuners will do anything to illegally pass emission testing etc.. too much liability now with EPA breathing down tuners necks. Lund and PBD for sure will not do this.
