Great Video. So if a home has been priced at $309,000 and sitting for a bit would dropping it to $299,000 be considered dropping it into another bucket for people searching?
Yes. Most people search in $25,000 increments. $275k_$300k, the $300k-$325k, etc. Actually most of the online tools are set up to search in these increements. Dropping from $309k to $305k keeps it in the 300-325 bucket. The drop to $299k drops it to the next bucket. If someone is searching up to $300k they now see it.
Good info, Thanks
Thanks for the updated information
