The boat broke because of a bug in the game that involves floating point errors, not because it was a slab. Going off a cliff with a boat is not safe at certain heights, and it will break into sticks and planks and you will take fall damage.
I think ray knows but just didn't expect it to happen right there and then in a practical situation 😅 ray is too technical sometimes. I guess a slab just made more sense than the bizarre 49 or 51 block fall oddity

Please just opload the datapack/mod/plugin so we can play it! It's been well over a year so i think most of the problems must have been solved. I really want to just play with it myself now. I don't care if it's not finished and i think many would agree
