i use for my St Trina Zealot, it's pretty fun, inflicts decent sleep actually useful vs godskins. Invaders like seeing it too

Chase! With the dlc upcoming and many new players coming into the game. You should do a basic/intro video on invasions. What builds you see the most, what build you dont see, how to counter different builds. You have so much knowledge and hours into pvp, let us pick your brain!

A strength build seems like it would be great for a fire & ice build focused on applying/removing frostbite. That might be something you've already done in the past, but you should bring it back!
I am a firm believer that invations and Coop would be better if there was friendly fire.
They definitely need to do something to balance it for new players trying to get into invasions. Id say allowing a second invader vs the 3 on the host side is a good change, i personally would love 4v2 back from ds3. Friendly fire is also great because it would greatly reduce the spam teams just unleash on a solo invader. It would force them to play more strategically

Yeah, quite honestly I know they will never enable friendly fire. one thing they could do to help out with teams blendering solo invaders is make it so they hit stun eachother. If they got stunned from friendly hits and took no damage that would help out immensely too.
They could quite easily add a friendly fire switch in activation of a finger remedy, or even the taunters tongue if they wanted to be circumspect.
They probably won’t though. As Chase said.
Fingers crossed for the DLC to include a new arena or two with some actual terrain.

I think you can back stab stair or any slanted area by crouching first. In the mohg rune spot there is an albinauruc on the left the very last one that can’t be back stabbed unless crouched

Noticed there aren’t any curved greatswords in there - other than Radhan’s. Waves of Darkness goes hard on a Dismounter or Omen Cleaver.
You could also grab the Zamor if you make the Dex req.

Perhaps could you show them what they’re actually capable of, and why wizards are in fact, the enemy?

I ran Ruins Greatsword for the first build I beat the game with and is still one of my favorite weapons good to see it getting some love!

"Why is blue so in the back", after trying out the life of a blue I get him completely. 9 times out of 10 you get summoned unexpectedly, you spawn really far away and host or the red die before you can reach them.
I was playing Eldon ring on my steam deck last night on the last boss helping someone with another person on the first stage of the flight. I saw a invasion sign for a red Phantom and didn’t think nothing of it but after the orange died, something red caught my eye in the distance at the same time, we just beat him, ready to go into the second flat, and as soon as that started, there was a red phantom standing with me 😂

Str/int is what I'm testing for the DLC and I gotta say that I think the Onyx Lord's Sword deserves a good look.

With the DLC coming up in a couple months time now, something I would love to see the added in the DLC is new ways to gain certain affinity or damage types for your weapons, for example, in the base game, we have gravitational ashes of the war, but not any gravitational affinities or ways to apply gravitational damage to our weapons I know that may not seem like it makes sense, but bear with me. What if they add gravitational damage as a weapon or affinity implemented as it decreases the afflicted enemies movement speed, and lowers the enemies damage, depending on how heavy the enemy is the effect is greatened.
Or just more gravitational weapons in general, because all of the gravity weapons in the game are very cool, but I would like to see more use with the gameplay for gravity weapons implemented

I have always hated the Blasphemous Blade. Not because of it's Weapon Art or anything, but it's just so fugly that I can't bring myself to ever use it, even when it is an ideal weapon for my build.
One thing you haven't really done is use a lot of the lesser used incantations/spells. Especially the fundamentalist ones. They're hard to use but I'd like to see them used by capable hands. Theres also the INT/FAI sorceries too
This makes me thing a Radahn cosplay build could be a cool video. Full Radahn armor, some gravity spells, his greatswords, and Cragblade on some other weapons

If there is one thing I'm hoping for in the DLC, it's something akin to a twinblade but with strike damage. Like a quarterstaff.

I imagine Newbie was at least a little weary simply because he recognized you. It's funny though, I have fought him last year, his name was then, and still still is New_Newbie_One.

You should do a throwing pot build with the jar helmet and companion pot. You're too powerful for more optimal builds and need a handicap.

you should try to incorporate reverse backstep attacks into your 1v1s. they close a lot of distance and can surprise people trying to space you since most of the attacks are a lot like running R1s.
I learned the technique from watching Chase.

I think you mentioned wanting to try to put Greyoll's Roar on a melee build in your last dragon video, did that ever end up happening? I've been trying to toy around with a build that has 45 arcane and 30 faith for all the spellcasting goodies and I think it was 20ish str and dex (with Millicent's Prothesis) to still have a decent variety of weapons. Would love to see your take on a build like that. Keep up the great videos!

One of my favorite builds has 40str/30fth. it has good damage and excellent buffs. i wonder how a 40str/30int would do since it has the frostbite infusion
