It suppose to be "Josuke Higashikata (Part 4)" and "Josuke Higashikata (JoJoLion)". "G@ppy" doesn't exist anywhere in JoJoLion manga, Ultra Jump magazine and JoJoLion fandom
For people who don't know about the last character, Ikuro Hashizawa (16:40), he comes from Baoh, a short manga by JoJo's creator Hirohiko Araki. He published this manga before JoJo, in 1984-1985. It also had an OVA animation in 1989 called Baoh the Vistor (Baoh Raihousha).

You wouldn't get to much different then this honestly alot of characters would get cut because alot of stands in part 7 and 8 dont have any combat ability so they wouldn't work in a fighting game

Too bad their basically cutscenes if a character gets hit by one
As an animator I gotta tell you, the timings are way off, everything is sped up, since the native of the animations was 30fps, now it plays double that speed, doesn't look good, not for the trained eye, looks rushed and unprofessional that way. To make this game look as good as should be, the timing and spacing of every animation should be fixed slowing them down.

i've never played any Jojo game before
Things I've noticed.
-Jonathan's ultimate is taken straight from the series. Same for Dio Brando.
-On the Colosseum stage from Battle Tendency, Kars and Lisa Lisa are seen in the background but once you select them and choose that stage, they're not in the background anymore. Attention to detail is amazing.
- Johnny Joestar's ultimate when performed on Funny Valentine is a reference to how Johnny defeated Valentine in the manga, by using Tusk Act 4 to break through Love Train (CHUMIMIN!) then beating the crap out of Valentine afterwards.
-And in the prison yard stage from Stone Ocean, you can see frogs on the ground and rainbows in the background. These are references to Weather Report, one of the characters from Stone Ocean. And funny, he isn't playable in this game but he became playable in Eyes Of Heaven.
