Tom Lake: Did I Love This Book, or Just Meryl Streep's Audiobook Narration?

I listened to Ann Patchett's Tom Lake on audiobook. The audiobook was narrated by Meryl Streep. Today I'm going to review the book and talk about whether we can separate book from audiobook? Would I have liked this in a different format? Did I enjoy my first Ann Patchett? aAnd why isn't this listed for the Women's Prize?
