The ingredients:
400g (14 ounces) canned peaches.
2 egg yolks.
50 g (1.76 ounces) sugar.
40 g (1.4 ounces) cornstarch.
Juice of 1 lemon.
The result is 30 ml (1 fluid ounce) of lemon juice.
70g condensed milk.
70 g (2.46 ounces) ricotta cheese.
200 ml whipping cream (7 fluid ounces).
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
