An example in the ER-room is "Gertrude hook up an ECG." With an answer like "I'm getting the ECG" In short form it become "Gertie, ECG" "ECG coming". It's a way of communication during stressful events that forces communication and confirmation. With time you also get better at processing verbal information while still being fully concentrated at the work you do. It feels ridiculous in the beginning but with time it becomes short form and less confirmation is needed, but always a yes, no or can't. It removes unnecessary communication, focuses on what the goal is and makes people more confident in their actions when they have clear information about what the other people around the patient are actively doing. I have known that he was a great coach as I have watched every game that they have played, but Game 2 review showed his professionalism and how he points out the teams mistake, hears out all sides for this play, and without putting anyone down concludes it with a moral boost of "everyone just follow the play together" instead of singling a player out. Major respect and great video!

On a similar comms topic, I've worked in a kitchen for a few years and the standard for communication when anyone asks for something when it's busy is to use the person's name (if applicable) or end the question with "heard?" to which the person being asked replies "heard." Simple, and highly effective in a fast paced stressful environment.
I actually like to see the team actually arguing about their ideas (that game 2 review especially). It shows that they are invested in this and is providing their ideas and inputs and it also gives themselves ideas on what their teammates' mindsets are. Of course, over-arguing is not good, but that game 2 review long argument was really nice to hear.
As always I really enjoy the mix of gameplay and review, I love the editing. This is the most invested I’ve been in a esports team, and it’s mostly because of the editing and public nature of the coaching process.
I know Caedral is helping them improve a lot. The communication has been great, the team fights have been getting better, and it doesn’t look like a solo queue game anymore. I’m so excited for these videos and for what’s to come in the future for these guys!
Reviews are great, I don't care if it ends up with a 2 hours video, I would like some more minutes of gameplay, all the other is perfect, the multipov is so gold thx editor
I am loving getting to peek behind the curtains, it really is so cool to get a perspective on what these post game breakdowns look like on a professional level. Sometimes the reviews are a bit of a rough to watch... Personally, I would love to see a bit more attention on what the team did right, before going in on what they did wrong. Even in a terrible game, there are good things to take away, highlighting those before will help keep morale up to get through the criticisms. They call it a shit sandwich in management, bring attention to what they did well, address what they did wrong, and end with another thing they are doing well to take that energy into the next game. This is such a treat to be able to witness, and when Los Ratones wins worlds, we will be able to look back and fully appreciate how far they have come 😜💜

There’s still the unsureness in the comms, even I feel mess and can’t digest all the incoming calls. But, step by step! Improvements is there. To caedrel, I hope you have to do list to improve their chemistry in game. Maybe, like Give them a team synergy that they should achieve with certain draft in one game, win or lose but the important thing is they have executed that mission you gave to them.
Don't know if this is for editor or Caedrel but it'd be nice if we could see blue side support's ult and summs CDs during game review. Keep up the great work
I think a lot of what's being talked about can be boiled down to that even if there is a perfect play if you aren't on the same page its going to go wrong. So even if its the wrong play do the wrong play together.
I think also something important is, that at the end the ezreals spacing was way to safe, he should try to w nexus and get 1 or 2 autos in so it is more likely to end with baus dmg.
Correct me if i'm wrong but lately i feel like they aren't using baus to create as much tempo and chaos etc with his bausen law/strat whatever and they're trying to play a more typical/standard pro level league of legends. For example, during the NNO cup + Red Bull event, i felt like baus was doing his own thing and the team capitalizes on that opportunity for most of the games which gave them a huge competitive edge in games but lately that isn't so much the case. Are they changing the team's playstyle a bit or is baus's playstyle also changing or am i just completely boosted 😅 edit: or maybe this new season updates just forces them to reduce(?) their previous style of play idk
The GA buff is surely just a buyback mechanic. So the advantage is moreso in its defensive ability like a base defence. Using it aggressively is a mistake because that wastes the value of buyback, it should be used as a threat in a teamfight for those with tps but the teamfight doesnt change that much.
More gameplay and 1.5 hours is what I want to watch, at least. The good and the bad, the missed cs, the flash in the walls, the missed hooks, all of it 😊
