Thank you mr bodell I have watched many of your videos and because I live in Colorado I went to a store that has the shoes you recommend. You are right I bought 2 pairs, finn comfort and naot no pain without using my orthotics. I appreciate your wisdom. If I lived in California I would definitely be at your store. Thanks again and keep teaching and sharing your knowledge.

Thanks a million, Mr Bodell. I can't wear rocker soles anymore due to balance issues and I feel more equipped to make an informed choice as I change styles 🙂

I see you have the New Balance 1540. I stopped wearing those as I still had the problem of plantar fasciitis in them. The New Balance 847v4 has cured me though.

I am surprised. Consider the 928 and 990. Also th MBt Sport 1 and Huracan 3000.

Hi Mr Bodell is it true the Finn Comfort insoles activate the blood circulation,I'm skeptical about this statement,I asked my podiatrist and she never heard about it, but it's true that they only work with orthotics,I ask her because my toes are still frozen in winter due to peripheral neuropathy (diabete),is it scientifically proven ?

Finn Comfort footwear centers you in the arch. As a result, it lifts weight off the forefoot. Thus relieving pressure off the metatarsal and toes. It will make it easier for you to walk. Circulation will improve as you walk.
