So yeah its heavily influenced by the actual law of omerta. Here comes the but, you all are aware of the fact that Randy blythe's lyrics are majorly influenced and refrence his alcohol addiction with heavy undertones of biblical refrences, just like Maynord james keenan's lyrics and more often than not the lyrics are metaphoric for the abolishment of the establishment i.e the government. Essentially this 1 boils down to omerta, Judas betraying "Jesus", the futility of life itself when facing crippling addiction when you're going to die in the end anyway but you're aware of your self destruction as well as the tyranny of the government and how quickly they can do away with you if opposed.
