This is a great video, really shows a great photoshop workflow, plus the results are amazing! I just have a quick question. Why did you add a high pass filter? Is it to give the image more depth?
High pass for make your image more detail, more sharpen

S Photoshop Architecture well I'm so sorry I have gone a bit longer. I remembered the time I was struggling with my wooden pc in rendering all stuff from vray, then there's S "PHOTOSHOP" Architect who saved me. Truly an inspiration thank you sir.

Creating architecture like this usually end up with 2 scenario; either you gonna revise the shit of it o make it affordable, or you provoke a gang war with the engineering division.

But why ?
The whole reason of 3D visualization is to not to have to go in and do this manually
This is significantly faster than modelling this scene would be. More could have been down with the building sure, but the surroundings and context are almost always faster in photoshop

how ever you wondering that why people still bake cake at home while they can buy it just 10 mins nearby home, or even they can't make tasty as bakery shops

Yeah, i thought about it.
That part is the easiest to make distortions (in PS), making UV's and rendering for that object is easy.Everything else looks great, nice.
I have a request and suggestion, it will be better if you can produce those tutorials or future tutorials with english narration/explanation to make it look more interactive and easier me and other people to learn it step by step..... and also follow with the link of your image files for me and others to practise it :) or probably you have patreon for share it to us there ?
